Un amplio salón de 40m2 con techos antiguos de 4 metros de altura y una galería típica de casas modernistas, tiene dos sofás grandes y una mesa con capacidad para 14 personas.

Fab weekend with 12 of my friends. Spacious apartments and SO close to everything (roughly 10min walk in all directions for the key sights). Communication before arrival was great and they even arranged airport transfers for us. Great to have a 24hr emergency contact. Would stay again easily!

Beautiful modern bright suite with high ceilings and romantically historic features. The location is perfect for access to everywhere you want to go in the city. Quiet and in the heart of the city with great coffee shops within steps. We were 5 gals over 50. We felt safe and had a great stay. Thank you Philip and team for your help with transport.

Would recommend this accommodation to anybody, location is convenient for local shops and cafes from early until late and was only 5 minutes walk to the Gothic area and lots of other tourist places. The flat itself was immaculate, modern and with with great kitchen facilities and utensils. The staff was a great and we couldn't have wished for a nicer welcome, we will definitely return to this apartment next time we visit Barcelona.

Amazing! Great location and access to anywhere we needed to go just a few steps away. Plenty of room and bright! Great for Families and anyone just wanting to relax. Communication with host was spot on, Will highly recommend.

Fantastic location, a couple of blocks to the metro and walking distance to the old town . Handy to have washing machine inside apartment since we were on a longer trip. All in all recommended!

It is not the first time as I am in Barcelona, so I already know which location is good for short term stay in the city. I was happy with my choice, we had a nice stay at this place! This place is really big, many bedrooms, nice dinning table to have some quality time with your group, 3 bathrooms . The kitchen is fully equipped, the most important thing: the mattresses were good quality and made our sleep easy. The location of the apartment is one of its biggest asset, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted and if we went further we were able to jump into the metro, there is metro stop just right by the apartment. Thank you for having trusted us with your apartment.

Great place, comfortable, clean and the best is very well located. Easy to get from the airport (30mts walk) to the aerobús stop in Plaza Cataluña Close to metro stations, in front of the building there is a taxi stop that almost every time has available taxis. Absolutely recommended!! The host is super friendly and answer very fast to all queries and questions.

This apartment is really amazing. The amenities, decor, and layout were really nice. The apartment was really clean, and the bathroom was a good size (great water pressure). The location is perfect, being close to many metro, Renfe, and bus stations, as well as being in the best neighborhood for food/tapas/coffee.

Stayed here on July and the apartment was absolutely perfect for our responsible group of 10! Beach is just a few stops on the tube, very easy to access. We stayed a few days to enjoy the city, everything was in walking distance (hardly used the tube). Walked down to the gothic quarter everyday. Apartment is great, clean and tidy. Kitchen is spacious. Would definitely come again!

My friends and I were very happy with our stay at Philip place. The location was perfect, really close to Placa Catalunya and La Rambla, and with walking distance to almost everything. The appartment was big and looked liked the pictures, perfect for 12 people. We had some trouble with the AC, but apart for that the stay was great!
