We only stayed one night

It's the best hotel in the City by far. Everything is new, clean, pretty, and nice. The Steak Restaurant is excellent too. We really enjoyed the tomahawk ribeye and onion rings. The Ranch Water, and Smoked Old Fashions were great too. They have a nice patio to sit and relax while you sip cocktails. The gym had plenty of equipment and was larger than most hotels at this price.

a few small kinks still need to be ironed out, but the employees were very helpful in resolving any issues.

Not a damn thing. Thanks to the hotel manager and booking.com customer service. I am done with booking.com. You need to bring your customer service back to the USA. The twits in India are horrible at their jobs.

The fact that I did not get the room I paid for. I got bumped down. I asked for a partial refund and everyone refused. Not acceptable. I paid for a king and got a double. Booking refused to refund us, and the hotel refused to give us the room that we paid for.
