The unit itself is fine (it is as advertised). The building itself isn’t the best.. there was a toilet seat outside just left of the front door and a random refrigerator in the middle of the “lobby”. The elevator has a warning sign that says “a control design that is more than 35 years old does not meet the leveling expectation of today’s riding standards”. There is a swamp outside that smells pretty bad. The host didn’t respond for several days when I asked about a modification to the reservation. I never got the check in instructions. I sent the host a reminder 6 hours before check in and still got no response. I called the VRBO help number when it was time to check in and was told the host was “unresponsive”. Then got an email an hour later saying it was a software issue. To summarize I overpaid for the property and would not recommend to others.

We stayed for a weeklong ski trip to whistler, and to explore Squamish and Vancouver. The property was clean, and had everything we needed to cook meals at the apartment. Check in was simple, and when we needed to get in touch with the owner they were quick to respond and get our issue sorted out! Convenient location to all of Squamish. Only note is that if you are a sensitive sleeper, the walls are quite thin, and the bed is firm. Great spot!

The location of the property was off the beaten track. However, the unit was as depicted - clean, spacious and well appointed. A full kitchen (fully equipped) and laundry facilities were an added bonus. Host was prompt to reply to questions. Property was perfect for our visit to Squamish. Will use on our next trip to the area.

The place was nice and clean. Simple decor. Had all the things you need. Close to everything. We'll be coming back again.

Impressively spacious and well equipped. Very clean with everything seemingly almost new. Will definitely consider for future longer stays visiting family.

The outside of the property was a bit on the sketchy-side: there were a lot of working people who reside in the complex. The owner was super responsive and allowed us to check-in early. The property location is excellent because it’s close to everything in town. The complex could be a bit loud at various times of the day. The kitchen was well-equipped with new appliances, and the unit itself was excellent.

Aiden is an amazing host - the communication was seamless and apartment is amazing. The pictures reflect the apartment really well, it also comes with amazing wifi which enabled my girlfriend and I to work seamlessly from the place. Everything in Squamish is only a few minutes away. Only 2 caveats I would mention: - The upstair neighbor was really loud throughout our stay, often that was the case at night. Make sure to bring ear plugs and you'll be fine. - Make sure to exactly park in the spots provided by Aiden. Friends who visited us parked in an area with no private parking signs and got towed away for $240. Overall we had a really great stay at Aiden's apartment - the building is a little bit older but the apartment makes up for it big time.
