Everything was ok

Location and the center of city was close.

Parking, no one at front desk and waiting 30 mins to figure out how toc heck in. Coffee machine was broke and spilled coffee all morning and it was a disaster.

room is spotless and comfortable and the location is great for walking to the town.

Sink had issues and was difficult to shut off. No air conditioning and fan was loud. Television was not hooked up correctly, and we could not watch TV. Tiles in bathroom cracked and dirty. Toilet was not clean.

Hotel was very clean and tidy. Definitely a historical building but very well kept

Batteries in tv remote were taped together. Lamp was broken

The location

There must be a problem with the thermostat because it is very hot in the facilities. So much so that the air conditioning and the fan in the room must be on.

the room is specified clearly in Booking website as NOISY because on top of a terrace. It was winter time and not much noise. We knew exactly what we bought for the price (they have more expensive rooms too). The room had a wonderful mural, great bed, space for our needs, a quite large fridge and microwave. We needed it to go skiing at Whistler because we can no longer afford accommodations there. We will return for sure! We recommend it for people having same needs as we had. Wifi was great too.
