The staff were so lovely

Had to move rooms 3 times, the first room they put me in was a downgrade from the original room i had booked with no window and no daylight and a yellow light, the bathroom had an overwhelming stench of smoke despite it being a non smoking hotel? Literally couldn’t breathe, was horrid, they moved me to the room i was supposed to have booked and this bathroom absolutely stunk of sewage couldn’t go in there without holding my breath, the window in this room didn’t close and there were bugs everywhere, they then moved me to an upgrade which was the exact same room just with a balcony with a view of shrubs, this balcony door also didn’t close so may as well have slept outside, bugs all over the floor in this room too & the pool looked and felt as tho it had never been cleaned. Such a shame because the staff were really lovely except that they charged me double for the last room despite the condition of it? I checked out after one day and booked sweet escape, about a quarter of the price and so much cleaner / nicer!

Schön gelegen und ruhig

Wir hatten bei der Buchung übersehen, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Das war unser Fehler. Aber dann ein Zimmer zu bekommen, das kein Tageslicht hat und ein Fenster, das sich nur zehn Zentimeter gegen eine Wand öffnen ließ, hat uns doch schockiert! Im Bad war die Dusche so installiert, dass das Wasser den ganzen Raum geschwemmt hat, um in der gegenüberliegenden Ecke abzufließen. Das Waschbecken war verstopft. Der Kleiderschrank war nur ein Rahmen, ohne Bügel, ohne Regalböden. Wir haben sehr schlecht geschlafen in der ersten Nacht und als wir uns am nächsten Morgen beschwert haben, hat man uns gesagt, es hätte alles in der Beschreibung gestanden. Wir sind dann ausgezogen. - Da habe ich zum ersten Mal eine unfreundliche Balinesin kennengelernt.

The garden and pool are very pretty surrounded by nature. A helpful staff member organized our travel to a waterfall for the next day :) The breakfast and restaurant area opposite is handy, you can buy food and water if you arrive late.

They were confused when we arrived, unsure of key’s and which staff member would check us in. It’s the worst after a long drive :( The room was very basic and without a reading lamp. For these reasons I think compared with other remote accommodation options in Indonesia, this one is overpriced.

Bien situé avec une vue magnifique. La chambre spacieuse avec toutefois rien pour ranger ou accrocher des vêtements. Literie très confortable et piscine agréable.

Notre chambre en haut avec une vue magnifique n’avait pas de toilette ou douche « privative » La douche réduite à une poire sans eau chaude le long du toilette.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits, l’établissement est bien placé pour pouvoir profiter de Sidemen. La piscine est appréciable et à une jolie vue. Balcon privatif dans la chambre ce qui est un plus.

La chambre manque un peu de mobilier pour poser les affaires. Il y a seulement une prise électrique accessible. La salle de bain manque de confort : l’évacuation de la douche est à l’opposé de la douche et était bouché, ce qui fait que pour aller aux toilettes nous avions le droit à un bain de pied en plus

Location, friendly workers and great food at the restaurant on the right

The room was dirty, the bathroom was filthy, there was a soggy towel lying on the floor behind the door, a tiny sink, super thin walls with an opening that let you hear the room next door. The fruit at breakfast was hard every day. We slept very badly every night and were happy the day we left.
