Bedding could have been better quality

It was clean, the location was outstanding, but the best part was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Kudos to you all! The keyless entry system, the luggage lockers, social room - all add to making the stay special. And location! So close to everything!

The initial registration process with Sonder is a nuisance but with the technology-based security system, it's understandable why they utilize such a screening process.

This is now my third time staying at a Sonder in a different city and it never disappoints. I love the entire concept of Sonder - easy check-ins, heart of the city, essentials in a centralized space, kitchen in your apartment, and everything you need. It's so convenient and comfortable. This particular Sonder was extra amazing though because it had a quiet room, a gigantic room, fitness rooms, and even a games area. So comfortable and perfect for long-term stays!

Nothing really. It was a great stay and I'd definitely stay again.

I liked the location of the hotel and size of the room.

The blankets were probably the crustiest blankets I’ve ever experienced in my life. I wish someone had mentioned this so I could bring my own.

就在dt的核心位置，渥太华的景点基本都可以步行到达，洗衣房非常好，洗衣机和烘干机很充裕不用排队

1.5米的床两个人睡确实很挤，房型跟图片有差距，主要是窗户很小而且是面对天井的。健身房有点阴暗

Die räumliche Ausstattung war für eine Schwestern-Auszeit ideal. Wir haben uns mega wohl gefühlt! Sehr netter Kontakt im Vorfeld,gute Absprachen.

La ubicación, los departamentos o habitaciones, realmente fue super lindo!

yo no sabía y habita dos edificios Sonder, por lo cual llegue a un edificio y no podía abrir la puerta, me dejaron entrar pero al final se dieron cuenta que estaba equivocada de edificio y me explicaron como llegar al otro. (muy cerca, solo fue caminando)

Strangly small bathroom for the size of the room. TV was parallel to the bed, meaning you can't easily watch from the bed.

Il n y avait pas de poêle dans la cuisine, pas moyen de faire les œufs

Apartmánový dům ke skvěle umístěný, poblíž centra, řeky i obchodního domu. Je zde recepce, kde pořád někdo byl a mohli jsme se zeptat na různé věci ohledně ubytování i města. Na požádání nám doplnili toaletní potřeby, tablety do myčky apod. V suterénu je společenská místnost s hrami, televizí a úschovnou zavazadel. Rovněž je zde pračka, ale tu jsme nevyužili. Samotný apartmán je dostatečně velký, zařízený, vše, co jsme na týden pobytu potřebovali, zde bylo. Bezporblémový check-in i check-out.

Možná bychom ocenili čaj, cukr a sůl, případně olej :-). Vše jsme si sice koupili, ale obrovské balení, které jsme pak museli vyhodit při odjezdu.

So easy to access and check-in without the worry of lineups and front desk workers. Very clean, modern, spacious, fully equipped and with an amazing location. If the prices stay low I will always stay here.

Todo nuevo muebles, ropa de cama, utensilios de cocina. La Decoración la dimensión de las áreas del departamento muy amplias La ubicación es súper buena. Para tiendas, atracciones, restaurantes etc. Barrio muy seguro. Amenidades en el edificio son la cereza en el pastel el l sótano con centro de negocios, lo lees muy amplios para guardar equipaje, baños. En general es un lugar que seguro regresaría

Tout neuf ! A deux pas du Centre National des arts. Facile d’accès. Arrivée facile. Vous recevez un code pour l’entrée. Départ tout autant. Bonne insonorisation. Café et thé pour le matin. Traiteur et épicerie tout près. Salle de jeux et d’entraînement aux étages inférieurs ainsi qu’une salle de lecture. Buanderie. Et possibilité de laisser les bagages quelques heures après le départ. L’hôtel n’a pas de stationnement mais il y en a aux alentours et qui sont très abordables

L’enregistrement sur le web. C’est un peu lourd d’avoir à fournir une photo… Le chauffage est un peu bruyant. Les toiles n’empêche pas la lumière d’entrer. Mais ce sont de petits détails.
