Environment,clean, a good staff

We stay for 3 day and 2 night 1 day arrive, the room no towel ..remote control for air-conditioning not funtion...it's still ok...and for room with price rm100+ per night no drinking water or kettle at room...we must go down to level 1 take hot water...very difficult if u come with baby... And very disappointed 2nd day we go tour from 10am-10pm suddenly when we go back at hotel our room key can't access....we must wait 1 hour for staff come to fix the problem ...at night no staff standby at hotel....so if anything happen at night very2 difficult ya...all thru Whatsapp only...

Cheap considering it is last minute booking.

Very weak wifi in our room and water not hot.
