We all loved how nice the apartment was including the views and how close it was to the main city. It was big enough for 5 of us and we felt really at home. The property supplied a bottle of wine and snacks on arrival as well as shampoo and conditioner which was a really nice welcome surprise. The staff responded really quickly to our messages when we needed to contact them

We got a little confused to start with on location and how to access but it was a misunderstanding on our part. Other than that it was great

The parking with the key fob was annoying. The added security deposit was not mentioned until setting up the access account and checking in. The door code was not given proir to check in. We asked for a late check out, which was granted, and the owners came into the apartment 2 mins after 11 to see why we hadn't checked out. Early check-ins were going to be an added cost. The place was fairly clean. The beds and linens were poor quality, and there were damages all over the apartment. The pictures were quite deceiving. Won't book something like this on booking ever again.

Was a bit confusing to get up to our room but the lady at the front desk took us up and it was easy from there

i absolutely loved the location of the apartment, it was right next to an event we were attending so it was perfect for my group of 6, we were all able to sleep comfortably in the apartment's with 2 to each bed

the check out process was slightly irritating as in order to exit the parkade, we needed the fob that needed to be left on the apartment counter so that meant leaving the apartment with my car then parking it along the street so i could run into the room and return the key fob,
