The property was in the perfect location and clean

Great location central to attractions.

The place was dirty there was hair everywhere, the window sills were caked in dust there was food on the closet door in the one room aswell as food in the fridge still and the windows were dirty obstructing the views, beer cans under the deck seats, and the grossest of all was a used q tip wrapped over the broken towel rack bar. The place is also fairly run down with holes in the walls by door handles, the chairs on the island are ripped apart, the kitchen cupboard wrap is bubbling off, picture frames are chipped and scratched. The dryer isn't vented correctly so your clothes take forever to dry and the door to the room needs to be kept open or humidity just builds up in there which would be fine if the machines didn't sound like there was a fright train in the condo.The Netflix is in a forgn language so you can't watch it although it is a selling feature in this place and the games bin is broken with all the game parts just sitting in the bin which makes you not want to use them.The next part isn't the owners issue but it is to be aware of, the person in the unit next to his one smokes a ton of weed so every time you come to or leave the condo you will have to smell that. You can tell this place used to be nice but has seen alot of traffic, it needs to be updated and for the $150.00 cleaning fee it actually needs to be cleaned.

This place was clean, well organized, fully stocked, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the C-train, and walking distance to shopping and outdoor skating ⛸️. Highly recommend for families or friends! The pictures were exactly what we found.
