The place was nice and quiet. It is spacious. The owners were very nice, and helpful and provided items that were needed upon request. It was convenient for what we needed at the time. The location is not in the nicest neighborhood but the area where these apartments are located seems fairly newly built. That was a plus. It is good but with a little effort, it could be great.

It is not a two-bedroom with 3 beds as advertised. It is a one-bedroom apartment with a double bed. The owner did bring over an air mattress for my son to use as an option for a third bed. The price should be lower because technically it is a one-bedroom with one bed and a futon/bed. There is a chair that could be used as a single bed but, I wouldn't want to sleep on it. It didn't seem to be comfortable looking to sleep on for a week or so. The chair bed could be ok for a small child or teenager perhaps. The TV is not the best picture. The place could have been cleaner too upon arrival.

I rented a two bedroom apartment, I got a one bedroom. It was difficult to locate, the owner helped us out. The apartment floor felt as if it was gritty.
