Dinning area Comfortable beds

1) Dead flies & bugs on the shower window 2) Cobwebs and spiders on the ceiling 3) Very dusty & dirty we had to wear indoor shoes. 4) Bed linens are dirty and smelly 5) Shower/toilet in master bedroom does not have a door. 6) Mirrors in master bedroom had so much finger prints on it didn't even clean. 7) Lounge area chairs are so dirty covered up. The covers are also old and not appealing. 8) The kitchen - kettle is broken, only 1 pot 9) Laundry - Lots of cobwebs behind the washing machine and drier. 10) The vacuum does not suck anything it only does a loud noise. 11) The outside: the front is dead soil with lots of rubbish, broken vases, not welcoming it makes the house look so bad on the whole street. If you start driving to the house, you will find that this is the only odd house on the street looking very trash. The surrounding outside - old looking sheds at the back with broken pieces no doors. The lawn is outgrown hasn't been done in months! It is very dangerous outside my son thinks he saw a snake. It literally is a snake haven none of us went outside it is very dangerous. This property should not be on airbnb.com. It needs work, deep clean for health and safety reasons. When talking before the day we checked in, they said we could check in a bit earlier but then received a message to check in after 3pm we had to hang around the mall to kill time. Very disappointed to see similar reviews and the replies from the Celina are pretty much similar as well but she does not do anything only excuses that the cleaner didnt come or the lawnmower guy didn't show up due to bad weather etc. The outside is just shocking as the inside!
