Reception was great, apartment was large and beautiful inside and out, cleaning was performed every 3 days.

Weird smell in the elevator (dead fish or algae). Parking wasn't readily available at the location (unless the car would have been blocked), we did manage to park very close outside the location though.

Room had all the facilities mentioned and all the basic apliances needed. There was air condioning in all the rooms. The complex is quiet and really close to the beach.

Parking is almost non existent, extremely narrow and stressful. The guy handling the parking wasn't really helpful, he just expected us to take the worst places in the parking lot. The furniture in the room can be improved. The wardrobe is too big and takes up the entire space in the room so we could barely use it. The cleaning is done every 3 days, so a bigger trash can would be helpful. There was also no place to dry the dishes. Also I think it's worth mentioning that the apartment is on the first floor on a side, and ground floor on the another, so we had to keep the windows closed during the night.

Great location, near restaurants and grocery stores just minutes away. The beach is a two minute walk. The Hosts are amazing really kind and helpful with every little thing that we needed from giving directions and recommendations to changing money to local currency. Every room has sea view, the pool is not to big but really enough for our needs.

A laundry could be good. Seems like there is precise space for one in the bathroom.

The location is convenient and quiet, very close to the beach (but some walk from the actual Golden Sands resort - about half an hour). The rooms, though not luxurious, were really clean and the girls who did the cleaning were very nice and friendly. The apartment itself was quite spacious, which was convenient. Internet connection is good.

The staff doesn't speak a word of Bulgarian (nor do they understand it), which is puzzling since the property is, after all, in Bulgaria. Despite the name of the hotel, parking is a myth (the parking lot itself is there but forget about getting a spot in it). It would be fairer if the parking were advertised as "limited availability, and reservations only" - this way guests would know not to expect to get a slot by default. Other minor but inconvenient things are the almost total absence of towel hangers in the bathroom and the lack of night lamps in the rooms.

The location, the room. The swimming pool is located on the border of the sea. The restaurants are very close to the location. The kitchen is appropriate for cooking. A supermarket (LIDL) is located 4 km away, Constantin and Helena direction.

Parking places are very scarce. Too many cars. Very crowded. There is a paid parking area very close to the hotel. 5 Leva/day. You can also park the car on the border of the sea, closed to the beach. There are organized beaches containing sunbeds and umbrellas and free areas too. Very appropriate for families with children. The beach is blue category.

Huge apartment - 120 sq.m., clean, great sea view, nice pool, perfect communication with host (thank you Denis!). Close private parking place (5lev/day).

The surroundings were in bad shape (wild vegetation, broken pavement, stray dogs)

Alex is a very nice guy. Decent restaurants in the area. Easy fixes for the 1-2 problems we had.

Hotel is located on the beach, has also a small swimming pool that was great for our son, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. There are several restaurants in the area where you can eat and they also have take away option.

Large apartment, clean, close to the beach, free parking. Very kind personnel.
