Very attentive staff, always looking to assist. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding.

Some areas looking a bit tired, some updating being completed during our stay , did not interfere with our moving around the hotel.

Die Lage des Resorts ist sehr gut. Blue Bay ist eines der Highlights in Mauritius wenn es um das Thema schnorcheln geht. Auch der hoteleigene Strand war gemütlich und man hat eigentlich immer einen Liegeplatz gefunden. Ein weitere Vorteil ist, dass 2 mal pro Tag eine kurze Schnorcheltour vom Hotel organisiert stattfindet. Auch der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist sehr von Vorteil, wenn man sich wie wir ein Mietauto nimmt. Leider sind die Parkplätze sehr begrenzt. Es gibt jedoch ein paar Meter weiter einen anderen Parkplatz.

An sich, bietet sowohl das Frühstücks-, als auch das Abendbuffet eine große Auswahl an normalen und vegetarischen Gerichten, jedoch ist die Qualität des Essens nicht gut. Vieles schmeckt eher billig oder einfach nicht gut. Das "Fitnesscenter" war eine sehr kleine Kammer mit 4 Geräten (Davon 3 Cardiogeräte) und es hat einen sehr schlechten Geruch in dem Gym gehabt. Außerdem waren die Geräte alt und in schlechtem Zustand (bis auf das Laufband) die Zimmer sind an sich gut, jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einziges Manko hier, es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank, somit mussten wir die 10 tage mehr oder minder aus dem Koffer leben.

The dinner was enough and nice. The food was delicious. Dessert could be better.

Nicht wirklich ein Strand zum Laufen, aber das Wasser hier ist super zum Schnorcheln. Die Anlage hat direkten Zugang zum Meer. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Zimmer sehr groß und Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zur Sand-Liegefläche mit Liegestühlen, Palmen und Schirmen. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch toll. Kostenloser Parkplatz in der Anlage vorhanden! Restaurant in der Nähe. Am Tag des Check Out konnte ich noch in der Anlage Zeit verbringen - gibt einen Raum, wo man sein Gepäck aufbewahren kann.

Hatten das teuerste auf Booking.com verfügbare Zimmer gebucht, mit Gartensicht. Wurden im Keller (Room 11) mit Sicht auf Fitnessraum einquartiert. Raumausstattung katastrophal. Lichtschalter hinter Bettumrandung - fast nicht erreichbar.

Location

Hotel catering to mass tourisme. Boring tourist food, boring tourist music, boring room with view into another room. Luckily I booked only for one night.

The foods are so spicy. More sunbeds would be better.

L'hôtel est un peu vieillissant et défraîchi, table très abîmée sur le balcon. La proximité de l'aéroport est un avantage pour un vol tôt le matin, mais les décollages sont très bruyants !

I enjoyed my stay at the Le Peninsula Bay Beach Resort and spa. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady cleaning my room was extremely helpful and changed my towel every day with clean ones. I enjoyed the food, we had Indian nights Chinese night and Italian night. I truly enjoyed international cuisine. The bar staff was very kind as I enjoyed a brandy late in the evening with my Cigar. I was on all inclusive. They put two bottles of water in your rooms everyday.

I like everything about this hotel. It has the potential to be a 4 star hotel only if the owners spent some money.

Beach right next to Hotel.

Hotel staff at the check in counter are unfriendly. I asked about drinking water lady replied me that this is not Europe it is Mauritius. That's very rude. They provided us the family room, I would say that is worse room with no widow or has no view. Next to Window Saturday and Sunday Party going on late night so we couldn't sleep. Breakfast and dinner filthy flies flying through not healthy and choices of food is limited also.

Es ist nahe am Flughafen. Darum gut für die letzte oder erst Nacht. Personal ist nett&hilfsbereit. Blue Bay Strand ist sehr schön.

Das Zimmer ist schmudelig und sehr in die Jahre gekommen!! Überall hat es Ameisen, sogar im Bett! Badetücher haben Löcher. Sehr sehr ringhörig! (Tür zum Flur, Flugzeuge starten, Musik bis 23:00 vom Restaurant sehr laut) Buffet war nicht besonders einladend!

The tv in the room was not working. And the buffet rate too high for us local people. No welcome drink or dedicated hostess for welcoming and explanations

You pay for what you get. Good amenities with the pool and lounges out front. Good buffets and drinks. The downside is the rooms are a wee bit tired. Good value for your pound, don't expect a 5 star complex. Very friendly staff. Very convient to location to airport

Туалет и ванна прям в комнате, за ширмой. ( хотя это присуще всем отелям Воду не ставят в номер в бутылках, ты должен набирать ее на баре. All inclusive-300 dol - стоял слишком дорого!!!! Дешовые напитки, не умение делать коктели!!! Еда: норм. Для отеля 3 звезды!

-gute Lage - direkter Zugang zum Riff (schnorcheln) -kostenlose Schnorchelausflüge, allerdings wenige Plätze und nur mit mehrtägigem Vorlauf. Außerdem kann man sich das sparen, da ein direkter Zugang vom Strand aus möglich ist und man nicht viel weiter raus fährt

- unmotivierte Rezeptionisten - nicht genügend Parkplätze -Nutzung des Fitnessstudios auf eigene Gefahr. Bänke und Geräte sehr wackelig und teils verrostet. - Amex wird nicht akzeptiert, obwohl es als akzeptiertes Zahlungsmittel angegeben wird

posizione super: direttamente sul mare. Mare dove puoi fare snorkeling dalla “riva” : entri e sei subito tra meravigliosi pesci All Inclusive che comprende anche la barca per andare a fare snorkeling più lontano, canoe e tavole. Acqua in camera tutti i giorni.

Très bon séjour, personnel adorable, très flexible et serviable. La piscine est grande et la plage privée est sympa malgré le courant un peu fort selon les marées, l'eau est très transparente et l'hôtel propose de nombreuses activités aussi bien aquatiques que thématiques, ca a été une belle surprise! J'ai également fait un soin au spa et j'ai aussi beaucoup aimé. La proximité à l'aéroport est un autre plus

Il y avait du sable dans la salle de bain quand j'ai fait le check in et la chambre n'est pas très bien isolée de sorte que je pouvais entendre dans le couloir les premiers clients quitter l'hôtel avec leur valise et les femmes de chambre tôt le matin.

- Rooms were allocated next to each other. - Room decor was ok. Request for 1 room with 2 beds was granted - Blue Bay public beach just next door which is better for swimming. - Free Water activities like Pedalo, kayak, glass bottom was appreciated witht he family - Dinner was alright but a bit spicy. Could have put it more mild to cater the taste buds for all.

- Check-in - Process could be improved. With all the check-ins happening, front office could guide the guests to sit in the lounge area as it felt crowded just at the entrance of the reception. Not enough seats around. Teatime - As many people coming for pancakes and tea, there was a long queue. The bathroom - (Shower & toilet door) - Not ideal if sharing with frriends or other members of the family. - Message template could have been sent by email to guests booking on the selected meal plans and informing them on where they can eat etc because at the time of check-in, it is done so quickly you don;t have time to grasp all information.

Nous y avons passé 1 nuit pour prendre l’avion tôt le lendemain. Nous n’y serons pas restés plus longtemps. Il y avait le nécessaire, mais trop bruyant.

situation idéale,plage devant l'hotel et promenade à pied 5'pour rejoindre Blue Bay et le ponton d'embarquement pour le parc national de Blue Bay (le récif devant l'hotel est très abîmé par les bateaux qui circulent constamment, de plus le récif a complètement blanchi, donc très peu de poissons) très belle plage avec vue sur le lagon et bien calme Proximité de Mahébourg, jolie ville avec commerces et sa foire du lundi le long des quais de l'océan

Ce n'est pas un hotel mais un club Coralia, voyage forfait et troupeaux, voilà ! La tenue des clients au repas : en short de bain, marcel ou chemise grande ouverte... L'hotel ne vaut pas les * affichées, ni les prix, ni la cuisine La piscine n'est pas bien traitée au chlore, on ne se voit plus les orteils à 14h, tout trouble chambre minuscule, un placard de 30cm, une seule table de nuit et une seule prise internationale que d'un côté du lit, de plus il faut mettre la bouilloire sur la table de nuit pour utiliser la prise... du camping ! la paroi de douche n'est pas étanche donc inondation garantie ambiance étrange dans cet hotel/club : une partie des clients sont en hotel et une majorité de clients sont en forfait club vacances Coralia, avec tout ce que cela implique comme nuisances ! Musique à fond jusqu'à 23h tous les soirs, et comme l'hotel est construit en U autour de la scène...

Being on a private beach with activities included with my stay. The staff was super friendly and professional, and the entertainment every night was superb and on point.

On our arrival date, we didn't get the room we booked and the room was not up to standard with no view, and they tried to offer us drinks at the bar and food which we had already planned for, but glad they corrected this the next day after we declined the offer.

I liked the resort ,the super spacious and clean room , the pool and the fact there is direct access to the beach the dinner and breakfast were good enough . Staff very responsive and polite. I would stay again!

it is a bit dated but considering it was not too expensive, I think it was ok !

La habitación es limpia y amplia y la cama cómoda. El baño también amplio. Tiene salida directa a una pequeña playa donde hacer snorkel es una maravilla (se ven muchos peces). El desayuno tiene fruta fresca y distintas opciones dulces y saladas, es bastante completo. Tiene actividades gratuitas como el barco con suelo transparente para visitar la zona protegida de Blue Bay y poder hacer snorkel y otras actividades como kayak. La piscina no la usamos mucho pero está limpia. Está a dos minutos paseando de Blue Bay donde hay algunos puestos de comida callejera y algún restaurante. El personal fue muy amable. Además, el último día nos dejaron utilizar las duchas antes de salir al aeropuerto. Tiene una parada de taxis en la puerta. Yo la verdad no entiendo que no tenga más nota.

Los días que hay "baile" la música está bastante alta. Aunque nosotros no la escuchábamos por la situación de nuestra habitación. Está cerca del aeropuerto y se escucha despegar a los aviones aunque en realidad tampoco hay tantos y no es un problema para disfrutar del hotel.

The hotel gave us a beautiful room opening up onto the beach, with a private patio. Had an exquisite view which gave an excellent reason to jump out on the beach in the early morning. The beach is beautiful and great for swimming -- not crowded. The food was decent and they tried to provide a selection. The all inclusive package was definitely worth it -- you could get a variety of tasty drinks, a teatime snack, and all 3 meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. They ensured that we had lunch when we checked in and gave us a packed breakfast as we had an early flight when we left. The lady who cleaned our room even flagged a maintenance problem for us and it was sorted out quickly. Whenever we needed something from the front desk, they were quick to help. The evening entertainment was good. There were some board/card games available to play. Lots of places to sit and relax. We didn't use the pool because the beach was nearby, but it looked clean. There were a variety of free activities to do at the boathouse, but book early!

The room was on the beach, which was great, but it meant other guests could look directly in if the blockout curtains weren't drawn. This was bothersome. Perhaps a tint on the glass could be useful? The lack of privacy of the bathroom was troubling, esp regarding the aforementioned issue. The door opening to the beach needed a mechanism to lock from the outside. But if you have a different room, then this is not an issue. Simple amenities such as slippers, storage/hanging space in the bathroom etc. could enhance the stay. The staff also seemed reluctant to move the pedal boat for us to use on our 2nd day. They kept citing different excuses, but perhaps these were valid. They did make an exception for us to use the snorkelling equipment after the closed, which we appreciated.

Un excellent guide et un chauffeur de qualité

Le bruit . On était au courant pour les avions mais les soirées.... on entend tout des chambres. Le service de pressing obligée de réclamer 3 fois alors que nous avions anticiper Le WiFi d accord c est fluctuant mais quand vous demandez le personnel vous répond qu'il ne comprend pas car lui cela fonctionne.

The bed was comfortable and the room as clean.

The attitude of the staff. The hotel is run down and in need of maintenance. The meals were adequate.
