The only thing missing was a gym

Our room was lovely, very comfortable and good air con. Breakfast was very nice and a good selection. The staff were very nice and very helpful.

Excellent location just on the beach but also a with very good pool, great rooms, easy parking, very good breakfast. Very clean and very helpful staff. A really good quality hotel. Not at all cheap but you get quality for your money and we would certainly stay here again.

Nothing to complain about. Room cleaning was very thorough but often a bit later than ideal especially if you wanted a siesta after going to swim.

best location as it was a hell in the city centre (people crowds). drunk people nice breakfast, and staff close to the beach free parking

Location would be great except for the tacky places which are now all around the hotel. Such a shame.

Although it was clearly a luxury hotel at one time, it seems to be rated on its history rather than its current setup. It is more 4* at best, not 5* sadly. The spa area is in need of refurbishment. Services can be inconsistent and sometimes done begrudgingly, although some staff are delightful. Not sure where the issues lie but perhaps the hotel needs to invest and up its game if it wants to be 5* and charge high rates for accommodation, food and drinks.
