Actually, my stay has been fantastic. The room is great, comfortable, and has everything I need. The staff is amazing—super nice, polite, and available 24/7. Betty, one of the girls at the reception, was fantastic. She was super nice, and I'm glad she assisted me. She was always ready to help with everything.
The rooms are a little bit noise, you can hear the other rooms.

Loved the service. Arrived around midnight and met by Jacob who was so cheery and delightful despite the late hour. Nice to chat with him. As we checked in he made us a small origami swan and gave us the last available parking space.
The room was small, but so cute. Loved the fresh fruit, water bottles and even the bottle of wine(which we gave away as we were flying back to the US early the next morning).
The lobby is so cozy. The rocking chairs and bookshelves filled with books are so inviting. Love the selection of hot tea, coffee and even crisp green apples.
Perfect for a quick stay in Tel Aviv.
That we couldn’t stay longer!!!!

Betty from the lobby was very friendly and very welcoming and she just made me feel right at home and offer me a delicious cup of champagne. Clean rooms. Great stuff will definitely be back. Thank you.

This was already my second visit at Brown TLV Urban hotel - I decided to book the same hotel as during my previous visit, as I was so happy with the experience I had. Staying at Brown TLV again was a great decision, as the location of the hotel is excellent for discovering and experiencing the city's unique vibe from local food, shops and architecture to the beach and back!
The customer service and attention paid to details and the comfort of the guests at the hotel continued to exceed my expectations - the hotel manager and staff really go out of their way to make sure their guests have a lovely stay. I can't thank you enough for contributing to my stay being as great as it was, can't wait to return soon again! :)

The hotel is centrally located, close to bars and restaurants and just a few blocks away from the beach. The staff was available at all times to make our stay pleasant. For breakfast, the hotel offers a high-quality buffet with many healthy options.
Our room was initially to small for a one week stay but eventually, the staff gave us a larger room which was nice and comfortable.

the room is comfortable, perfect location and very nice and helpful staff! I would absolutely stay there again.

location is perfect
nice restaurantes in the area and places to buy food and drinks
1- there is no staff, only one person in a desk at check in. nobody else around
2- they don’t clean the rooms, just “make” the bed. ( no change sheets) . we stayed for 5 nights and can tell the room was always the same.
3- if you want to use the jacuzzi you need to fill it yourself, if you need help you need to go down to reception and find someone
4- no drinks in the rooftop, nobody around from the hotel
5- there is nobody in the common areas , like no “vibe”
6- the bathroom is so close to your bed… not romantic at all !
7- breakfast is not at the hotel, you need to walk 5 blocks
I have read that you can choose from 4 different locations for breaksfast but we were not offered that, we were given a card that said to go for breaksfast to the Theodor hotel. when we checked out I gave all this feedback to the lady of the hotel and she said “well you didn’t asked for options”, but it’s my believe that you need to offer and tell the options at the check in , I shouldn’t have to ask if I’m told “ here is the place you need to go for breakfast “

Excellent location, very nice design and atmosphere. Wonderful staff - especially Betty at the reception! Great rooftop rest place. Little things like free drinks and supportive service made the stay memorable! Highly recommended!

While we have been in Tel Aviv multiple times in the past, this most recent stay here was truly spectacular and our favorite so far, largely in part to Miss Betty Galkoren. She exceeded all of our expectations, was always willing to help, and was key in ensuring that we had the most wonderful stay and experience in Tel Aviv. Any issues that arose were taken care of exceptionally. We are so grateful for her service and are certain that she helped make this recent trip to Tel Aviv truly memorable!

Betty at front-desk was great and made me feel so welcome
Shame the bar moved out of the rooftop
Lack of breakfast option at property was a shame

The location is good.
expensive for its quality, no other service than the room itself. staff was very low value.

I don’t know where to start, the staff were more than amazing that they were as our friends, the hotel is spotted really close to everywhere we needed, the room was big and the bathroom with the hut tub was amazing.
We had a thought day and when we arrived to the hotel, Odelya and Rafael welcomed us so good, we felt like we came home.
When I’m coming to Tel Aviv again, this hotel definitely will be where I will stay at👌
I didn’t like that the experience was so much good beyond my expectations🙃

No coffee machine in room despite confirmation staying there was one.
Balcony door handle was broken
Room wasn’t cleaned daily:(

Great hotel, friendly staff, right in the middle of things.
Bathroom could have done with a shelf as was a little cramped.

Location is the best one can find in TelAviv
Room was on "the smaller size"

The Location and the staff
The bed and pillows felt so uncomfortable. The room was small and the design was claustrophobic /uninviting in such a way that I had trouble sleeping for the entire week. The breakfast is served in another location which is a 5 minutes walk, which wasn't very pleasant when it was raining (and was pretty basic)

breakfast was in different location from the hotel. You learn this when you arrive in the hotel, never before
breakfast was in different location from the hotel, this information doesn't exist nowhere when you make the reservation. The elevator stuck with my friend in it and they need so much time to react. There are no papers for the maintenance. Also there are 19 brown hotels, the one i choose from booking isn't the one which we stayed.

Location is great, and so many cafes and restaurants are nearby. Daniel was great and very helpful. I liked a glass of bubbly wine upon arrival and a complementary bottle of wine, that was a very nice touch.
Rooftop was also cute.
room size-it could barely fit my suitcase on the floor. Cleanliness could be improved and balcony would need some work to be done.
Also, bed should have a headboard, cos now one pillow kept on falling back.

Hospitable and welcoming! From tea at the entrance to wine in the bedroom - the small touches is what makes this a special visit. Plus the breakfast was uber yummy!

Great location, lots to see and do within a short walking distance. Wine and snacks upon check in were nice and unexpected.
Some of the advertised features were not open/operating. The room looked quite worn and the bathroom especially in need of some repairs. No exhaust vent in the bathroom left the room uncomfortably humid unless the window is left open. Room itself was very very small.

The location was fantastic. Short walk to restaurants and bars and the beach! Staff, especially Alon, was very friendly!
Rooms are very small and the rooftop bar (during winter) and indoor bar are closed, so we expected something else after looking at the photos. Hotel looks very nice in its 70s retro look though. Breakfast is a 5min walk to another branch of Brown hotels, which was ok - nothing more nothing less.
4.0
Alon has welcomed us very nicely and provided great information about things to do around the hotel.
We also liked the location of the hotel, as well as the breakfast (although it’s a 10 minute walk to get there..)
Too small! little room for normal movement. There is no room to put a suitcase let alone two. In relation to the facilities, there were no tea bags, kettle or anything to make a hot drink in the room. There was no milk available and not even a fridge to put it in (or other stuff your clients may have).
for the price of 780 shekels a night, you would expect, at the very least, to be able to make a cup of tea in the morning.

comfortable bed and good location
dirty hotel, carpet in elevator- health hazard. room was not ready for check in. then bath was just old and rusty, bath curtain AWFUL. bathroom door almost falling and not closing- disaster. girls at the reception are just clueless.
