This property is close to the train station. The manager actually picked us up. The Bakery is close by and the small grocery store is just steps away.The people are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here with my family for about a week. The owners were very kind and meet us to show us their home. They were quick to answer any questions and help with anything needed.
The beds were comfortable. We did have to ask for the remotes for the air conditioning unit, but they were very quick to bring them to us. We mainly used them at night so we could close the windows from the street noise.
The owner has a beautiful garden all around the property that is gated in.
Street parking is on a fairly busy road, most of the time we could park easily, but one day we parked further down the road and weren't sure if it was allowed, so we moved it closer when a space became open.
The wifi is ok. Some times it worked really well and other times it was slow.
The home has 2 rentals I believe downstairs so you can hear your neighbors, but they do ask you to be quiet from 10pm to 9am. Our 2nd neighbors were a bit loud, but we used a noise machine and it was fine.

They had a very nice well stocked welcome packet. Very secure gated property. Supplied all soaps etc that you could want. The grounds are so beautiful. Wi-Fi worked which wasn’t the case with other places we stayed. Super sweet family, comfortable beds. A large apartment. A lot of storage. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. I would love to stay again. We also came in around 10 pm which some places didn’t allow. Down the street was a very friendly cafe with Antonio as a gracious host. We really felt welcomed at several places in town.

We were a family of 7, two teens and adults. The villa was as advertised and very clean. The garden terrace is beautiful, cool in the evenings and spacious. I was concerned about staying in Naples with my group, and this was the perfect answer. Travel on the local train (Circumvesuvia) is easy, and got us to Naples for day visits and Pompeii without any problems.
The owners were very accommodating with the check in process. All and all a beautiful stay.
You do have to be careful when you leave the property as the front gate is right on a busy street.

We thoroughly enjoyed the place and Tina is awesome! I know she indicated that she did not speak much English but she was so nice and great. I really appreciate Tina and Silvo sharing their holiday home with us. It was very close to the railway station which was true to description of having access to other areas such as Sorrento, Pompeii, and Naples.

It’s a very good location, near Pompeii on the train line, in a somewhat quiet neighborhood steps from the Trecase train stop which is a suburb of Naples (about 30 minutes from the center of Naples). The place is perfect for a family, is in great shape and the family is very welcoming. It is on a busy street so keep that in mind. We had a great stay and a buon Natale!

Air-conditioner wasn't working and no offer to fix. Not much within walking distance. Could use some explanations in English. Parking isn't great. Not sure but we felt that owner came in when we were out and turned off outdoor light we left on. The place itself was great for two couples.

Villa Ella is a comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed it there. The hosts took care of any problems immediately. Dishes, pans, pots are provided. Silvio drove us to the Naples airport for an additional charge (we appreciated it!).

The property is very clean and situated in a convenient location for the train station as it is only a 10 minute walk away. Although we had a car with us we only used it to go food shopping as it was far easier to use the train. Parking is an issue as you have to park on the street next to the property and if you cannot park close by it can be a trek with your shopping. We found the train perfect for getting to Sorrento, Pompeii and Naples and it is really cheap. We have to thank our hosts for this as we would have tried to drive which we really wouldn't advise. The garden is lovely for relaxing in but it is overlooked by neighbouring properties although this didn't cause us any issues.

Good location
Six days in a large house with room enough for our family of five.
The garden is a wonderful oasis in a city with little outdoor space.
The location is great: close to the station and easy public transport to Naples, Pompeji or Sorrento.
Parking spots are difficult to find in the Naples area, but we could easily park our rented car on the street right around the corner.
The kitchen needs a few sharp knives and som other minor things, but all in all: It a very nice place.

We have just stayed at Villa Ella and the stay was most enjoyable. It was just a short walk from the railway station which made it convenient to get to from Naples and an easy trip to Pompeii and Sorrento. Giuseppe was very polite and helpful. Silvio was happy to answer any questions. A lovely place.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La location est belle et très propre. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et disponibles. On a aimé echanger avec eux.
La location est très bien située pour visiter la région que ça soit en voiture ou en train. Le seul léger bémol est la circulation dans la rue passante.

Villa Ella
Ett fint boende som vi trivdes väldigt bra i. Två badrum med dusch och ett kök som fungerade väl för egen matlagning. Bra läge med närhet till tågstationen och centrum. Silvio, Tina och Geuisseppi är väldigt trevliga och de fanns till hands när vi hade frågor.

Kiedy planowaliśmy podróż do Neapolu, to nie sądziliśmy, że spotkamy się z tak wielką gościnnością ze strony naszych gospodarzy. Już na wstępie zaoferowali nam swoją pomoc. Zabrali nas prywatnym autem na zakupy, a w dniu świętego Józefa częstowali nas wykwintnymi ciastkami. Ostatniego dnia przed wylotem Zabrali nas, znów swoim prywatnym autem, abyśmy mogli wykonać test c19, kolejny już raz poświęcają nam swój cenny prywatny czas. Tak naprawdę moglibyśmy tu jeszcze przytaczać wiele innych przykładów okazanej nam troski oraz serdecznej gościnności. Nasi gospodarze byli poproatu w nieoceniony wręcz sposób pomocni w każdej potrzebie i o każdej porze dnia i nocy. Miejsce, w którym przyszło nam mieszkać było pięknie urządzone, idealnie zlokalizowane, bo blisko do kolejki pomiędzy Sorrento i Neapolem, a Wezuwiusz był wprost na wyciągnięcie ręki. Z całego serca o z pełną odpowiedzialnością polecamy Sylvio, Jego Rodziną oraz miejsce w którym odpoczywaliśmy.

We are not city folk, but it was a quiet refuge
The apartment is lovely, the hosts are extremely gracious and helpful. I did not realize how big of a city Naples is, and that Trecase is also very much a part of the urban area. That was hard for us to get used to, as we live on a farm and previously have traveled in more rural areas. That said, as we explored our surroundings, we became even more appreciative of what an unusually nice place Villa Ella is. The garden is like an oasis in a concrete desert. I would definitely recommend.

Perfektes Domizil für Ausflüge rund um den Golf von Neapel.
Herzlichen Dank an Tina, Guiseppe und Silvio für die unaufdringliche und herzliche Beherbergung. Alle Anliegen unsererseits wurden zu jeder Zeit beantwortet. Die Wohnung in der Villa Ella ist mit allem ausgestattet, was eine Familie zum Urlauben benötigt, und liegt nicht weit entfernt vom örtlichen Strand. Dass es in Italienischen Grossstädten evtl. etwas lauter zugeht, ist ja kein Geheimnis, dennoch bietet die Villa ausreichend Entspannungsmöglichkeiten, sollte ein Hausaufenthalt geplant sein.
Neapel ist mit dem Zug leicht erreichbar, Pompeji mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten, Ziele an der Amalfiküste in 30 Minuten. Perfekt!
Wir würden Jederzeit wieder kommen.

Traumhaus zwischen Stadt, Meer und Berg
Wunderschönes Objekt in idealer Lage um den Golf von Neapel zu erkunden. Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (um den neapolitanischen Straßenverkehr zu meiden, was sehr empfehlenswert ist), gute Anbindung an die Autobahn (für entferntere Ziele wie Sorrent, Amalfiküste, usw), Nähe zum Strand von Torre Annunziata, gleichzeitig für neapolitanische Verhältnisse Ruhe und Kühle in der Nacht. Liebevoller Garten, nett eingerichtete Unterkunft, sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Wir kommen wieder!

Exceptional Value with Beautiful Property, Views, Location and Owners in Trecase
I spent 3 nights with my son (24) and daughter (22) in this wonderful property with amazing garden and patio and overlooking Vesuvius.
The property is immaculate and exceeds the high expectations from the ad from the very friendly warm and helpful personal welcome from Tina, Silvio and Guiseppe, to the safety, home comforts, snacks/provisions, and overall relaxing beauty of this property.
The area is very nice, location to train short walk as is a walk to super shopping, restaurants and cafe's. If you are driving parking is convenient and access to Autostrada and amazing coastal drives is perfect. We explored Pompei, Sorrento, Capri, and drove along coast to Positano and Amalfi - stunning and life long memories. The property is professionally managed from first point of contact and includes information, pamphlets, and friendly guidance for any tourist and interest.
This is a 5-star+ property - fantastic value and would/will/already have recommended to family and friends and will certainly look to stay here again if fortunate enough in future to return to further live the beauty of another season in this area of Italia.
Thank-you Silvio, Tina and Giuseppe for being such a great part of a lifetime memory shared with my son and daughter.

Superbe location
Cet appartement situé au rez de chaussée de la maison des propriétaires est vraiment spacieuse ,conforme à la description et très propre. Il y a un petit coin terrasse avec table, parasol et transat dans un jardinet très agréable.
La proximité de la gare qui permet d'aller à Naples ,Pompei et Sorrente est vraiment un plus et le centre de Trécase avec de nombreux magasins est à environ 1 km à pied.Si vous avez une voiture il faut la garer dans la rue mais on arrive toujours à trouver une place plus ou moins loin.
Les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse et Tina qui parle Français donne d'excellents conseils pour réussir le séjour.
J'en profite pour les remercier tous les deux car ils ont contribué à la réussite de nos vacances.
Je recommande les yeux fermés .

Maison parfaitement située pour découvrir la Campanie !
Propriétaires charmants et attentionnés. La maison est confortable et dispose du nécessaire pour un agréable séjour. Petit plus, une fontaine à quelques mètres dispense de l'eau du Vésuve pour 25 centimes d'euros par litre, frizzante ou naturale, délicieuse !

FABULOUS CHOICE!!
I can not say enough good things about Villa Ella in Trecase! The owners Tina and Salvio are the most genuine and loving people whose primary concern for our 5-days was our happiness with our stay. Airport arrival to airport departure, there was not one moment of stress or inconvenience. The spacious apartment was perfect for our party of two adult couples. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms clean (showers are small, but, hey, your in Italy!), beds are comfortable. Although there is a dining table inside, we chose to eat our meals in the beautiful garden/courtyard provided. We were even allowed to pick the sweet peaches, basil, and tomatoes! What a treat!! The location was an easy 4-min. walk to the Circumvesuviana Train station which provides easy access to Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaeum, and Naples. We chose not to drive (a VERY SMART choice, I may say.) . The owners also arranged for a driver for us to visit the towns of Amalfi Coast. Ginaro, our driver, was MUCH cheaper than other driver options. He was a very experienced, safe driver (something needed for those treacherous roads and other drivers on them), took us to Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello (3 beautiful and unique towns) knew convenient drop-off and pick-up locations, allowed us ample time in each (spent 9 hours total trip) and brought us back home. We took short trips by train to Sorrento (went to Capris from there for a day), Pompeii (a MUST-SEE for everyone!), Herculaneum (smaller, wealthier community than Pompeii and well worth the visit), and historic Naples.
Our trip was beautifully memorable thanks to Tina and Salvio and Villa Ella! We would do it again in a heartbeat.

Sehr freundlich, eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, sehr sehr nette Vermieter. Danke! Wir haben am Anfang ein Willkommenspaket erhalten, einfach Spitze. Zu Ostern hat sie uns einen frisch gebackenen Kuchen geschenkt, sehr nett und lecker. Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr sauber, sehr schick und alles vorhanden. Reichlich Geschirr, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, eine sehr schöne Terrasse wo wir draußen gefrühstückt haben. Wir hattenimmer unsere Privatsphäre. Die Betten waren bequem. Preis-Leistung trifft voll zu. Das einzige ist das es keinen Parkplatz gibt und die Ferienwohnung an der Straße liegt, aber das hat uns alles nicht gestört da die FEWO sehr sehr schön ist. Die FEWO liegt sehr zentral zu allen Urlaubsunternehmungen. Die Vermieterin Tina hat uns sehr gute Tips gegeben wo man dort sehr gut essen gehen kann. War sehr lecker. In der FEWO liegen genügend Prospekte aus was man in der Nähe unternehmen kann. Wi haben den Urlaub dort genossen und würden die FEWO mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Einfach freundlich, nett und top.

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Emma. Tina and Silvio were very helpful when we arrived. Had to park on a side street right next to the Villa. Within walking distance to the train which we used quite often. Make yourself familiar when stores and restaurants are open and closed. Took us a couple days to realize this.

Très agréable séjour, bien située pour visiter Naples, Pompéi, Herculanum et le Vésuve. De très bons propriétaires; des oranges fraiches tombées de l'arbre a presser pour commencer la journée. Quelle joie!!
Petites difficultés avec l'eau chaude de la douche que les propriétaires ont tenté de régler. Sommes toutes un bon séjour.

Tolles Apartment direkt am Fusse des berühmten Vulkans!
Wir haben uns nur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bewegt, das ging gut. Tina und Silvio sind supernette Gastgeber!
Die Wohnung ist grosszügig geschnitten, tolle Bäder, schöner Garten und Terrasse! Jetzt reifen gerade die Orangen an den Bäumen, sogar Granatäpfel, Weintrauben und Zitronen wachsen hier direkt an der Terrasse. Obwohl es schon Ende September/Anfang Oktober ist haben wir ein paar Mal draussen gefrühstück!
Das Haus und alles drumherum ist top gepflegt und sauber - wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!!!

Un excellent séjour.
Au risque d'être redondant, nous ne pouvons toutefois que reprendre les commentaires élogieux exprimés à l'égard des propriétaires dans les commentaires précédents. Tina, Silvio et Giuseppe se sont montrés des hôtes d'une extrême gentillesse, attentionnés, à l'écoute et d'une parfaite discrétion. La location, agréable, spacieuse et propre correspond en tout point au descriptif. Sa situation permet de rallier sans difficulté les différents sites intéressants (Pompéi, Vésuve, Herculanum, Sorente, la côte Amalfitaine et bien sûr Naples...), notamment en train depuis la gare de Trécase, située à 5 minutes à pieds de la location. C'est d'ailleurs le mode de transport à privilégier plutôt que la voiture, car la conduite est pour le moins sportive, même pour un parisien ! En résumé nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous recommandons cette location. Pour conclure, un dernier mot plus personnel à Tina et Silvio, "Bon anniversaire anticipée à la petite parisienne". Logement très pratique pour une decouverte touristique de la région
Logement agréable, propre et bien équipé, avec des propriétaires très attentifs au bien être de leurs locataires. Excellente situation pour une découverte de la région sans avoir à utiliser la voiture. Un seul bémol : la rue où se situe la propriété est passagère et un peu bruyante.

Kleines Paradies in der Nähe von Pompej
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und der Garten sehr schön gestaltet, sieht wie ein kleines Paradies in der Umgebung aus. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen und die Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch unser Hund war kein Problem und hat sich wohlgefühlt, insgesamt alles positiv.

Maison tout à fait conforme au descriptif du site. Tout est propre et bien conçu pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Accueil très sympathique et petits soins du propriétaire font également de cet endroit une adresse à conseiller.

Nous recommandons ce gite où nous avons passé 17 jours avec un accueil très chaleureux. L'emplacement est très stratégique pour toutes les visites environnantes avec un réseau ferroviaire très apprécié en période estivale. Villa Ella is awesome !!
Four of us stayed 5 nights at Villa Ella in Trecase (near Pompeii ruins, Herculaneum ruins, Mt. Vesuvius, and the Amalfi coast). It was a 20 minute drive from Naples on A3. The host and hostess live on the second floor and were readily available with assistance of all sorts. We had a secure parking spot inside the gate of their property. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (we rented 2 of them), 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room/dining room combination with television. We also had access to the lovely garden with a canopied dining area, and a second grape-arbor-covered dining area. The rental was an easy walk to the train station for travel to the Pompeii ruins. We drove to Herculaneum ruins in Ercolano, to the hiking trail to the Mt. Vesuvius crater, and to Sorrento to swim in the sea at a Roman ruins site, all easily reached. (Each of these sites had parking.) We walked down the hill to the beach several times to swim. The return walk helped to burn off calories from the wonderful local food. The home also has 3 Bed and Breakfast rooms called IL GATTO ROSSO.
Only problem was trying to turn the car into and out of the gated parking spot on a somewhat busy street. However, with one of us standing on the roadside waving traffic to stop, the car went in very nicely.

We also had access to the lovely garden with a canopied dining area, and a second grape-arbor-covered dining area. The rental was an easy walk to the train station for travel to the Pompeii ruins. We drove to Herculaneum ruins in Ercolano, to the hiking trail to the Mt. Vesuvius crater, and to Sorrento to swim in the sea at a Roman ruins site, all easily reached. (Each of these sites had parking.) We walked down the hill to the beach several times to swim. The return walk helped to burn off calories from the wonderful local food. The home also has 3 Bed and Breakfast rooms called IL GATTO ROSSO.Only problem was trying to turn the car into and out of the gated parking spot on a somewhat busy street. However, with one of us standing on the roadside waving traffic to stop, the car went in very nicely.

Convenient area
Met by Tina, who was friendly and accommodating. Lovely apartment with a small welcome pack of biscuits, juices and water. Apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious for our needs, with a lovely garden. Conveniently situated for the Circumvesuviana train station and a few stops away from Pompeii. Small corner shop a few meters away for your basic essentials. No kettle to boil water, but we overcame that. Good all round experience.
