Host was very helpful, apartment is immaculate. Even though it’s off a busy road as soon as you close the door you don’t hear a thing. The balcony is nice to sit on it the mornings and evenings. Walk to the old town is just over one km so is manageable but after a long day of walking it is a bit tiring. There is a bakery and a grocery store close by. The pizzeria across the street is good and the Taj Mahal - don’t let the name fool you - Bosnian food is a short 5 minute walk in the opposite direction to the old city and is delicious!

We arrived earlier than expected at the apartment but were given a warm welcome and advice about nearby shops and travel tips. We had been told beforehand that we could leave our luggage but it turned out that the apartment was ready and we were given the key and were free to make the most of our first day in Dubrovnik. The apartment was in a great location and was well equiped with comfy bed and beautiful view from the balcony.

Only minor concern was that some of the plugs and sockets needed attention.

We loved the balcony with amazing views of the sea. The location was fantastic - just a 15 minute walk into the old town or a quick bus journey! The property had all the facilities we needed, with brilliant wifi, kitchen utensils and air con. The hosts were also so lovely and gave us loads of recommendations when we arrive fb We couldn’t fault a thing!

lovely location beautiful views. we stayed for 3 nights and it was beautiful, very clean and easy access to the oldtown while getting to experience another part. Lovely bakery next door and Marangun is great for a bite and cocktail! Our host was amazing he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and accommodated. couldnt recommended enough!

this apartment had everything we needed for a few days in Dubrovnik! the owners were very accommodating, met us in the driveway when we arrived, and made sure we had whatever we needed. They set up a large pack and play for the baby to sleep in. The bed was comfortable and the place is very clean!

Noise from the road...but really did not impact enjoyment of our stay... bedroom was at the back so one slept soundly and when door was closed on balcony you could not hear the road

The location was great, just a 15 min walk to the Old Town, a lovely sea view from the balcony, a couple of convenience shops about for supplies, and a beach just a 5 min walk down the hill. A good amount of space for 2 people and all the facilities you need. The aircon was apreciated! Everything was just ideal. The host was very friendly and accomodating of our amended check in time due to a delayed flight.

The host was waiting for us upon arrival which we weren't expecting as we were a little earlier than check in time - so this was lovely! The apartment is lovely, we loved the sea view balcony especially in the morning when I could sit in the sun. End of April was the perfect time of year because it's not too hot and everything has just opened for the summer season. Old town wasn't too busy at any time either. The old town is perfectly situated between old town and lapad so you can choose to walk between both.

The host was a lovely man, he couldn’t have been more helpful. He came to let us into the apartment with a map and talked us through where the super markets were, how to get to the beach etc. He even noticed it was my partners birthday from our passports t check in and turned up with a bottle of wine for him. Lovely wee place very central.

Large, clean, spacious apartment. It had a great balcony with a clear view of the sea ... we loved watching storms coming in. The apartment was also very nicely equipped. The location was perfect, next door to a bakery and grocery store, and across the street from Belleview beach, while being only a 20 minutes walk to Old Town. The beds were really comfortable and the room was quiet. The owner was very friendly and helpful, orienting us to the area and driving us to the airport.

Luce Royal is a single apartment situated on the 3rd floor (top) of a block. The block appears to consist of a mixture of holiday apartments and residential apartments. It's equipped with all the essentials that you need including tea & coffee, tea towels, cleaning products, kitchen roll, toilet rolls, salt & pepper etc. Even beach towels were provided by the landlord. A bottle of wine, water and juice were there for us on arrival too. There are 2 supermarkets within 2 minutes walk and a small beach which is accessed by numerous steps downhill, is opposite the apartment. The landlord is welcoming and helpful. We called him part way through our holiday and he came straight around to the apartment. It's centrally located, approx 20 minutes walk from the port in one direction and 15-20 minutes walk to the entrance to Dubrovnik old town in the other direction

The exterior of the building is quite shabby with the block having some broken windows

Flat was in a great location about 15 mins walk from the Old Town, It was on bus route 4 which took you to Sunset beach which was also a bonus, and only 5 mins taxi ride from the port if you are arriving from the ferry. Flat was well equipped, clean and tidy. The owners were very helpful and went above and beyond what we expected. They made us feel very comfortable and could not have been nicer. We highly recommend the apartment if you wish to visit Dubrovnik.

Location was handy with some good restaurants close by and about 20 minutes walk from the old city.The host was very friendly and helpful and offered to drive us to the airport for about thr same cost as a taxi. The building looked a bit shabby from the outside but the unit was well appointed with a nice view from the small balcony.

Toilet seat was broken, a clothes airer would have been useful.
