Location , walking distance to the train station underground city Pool

Der beheizte Pool war für die Kinder ein toller Spaß. Der Whirlpool ist dann auch für die Erwachsenen sehr schön.

That we can use the pool in winter. The room was amazing. Loved the shower and the space for reading close to the window.

The bed was to much soft, I didn't sleep well. I prefer a firm matress.

No Bath tub Shower handles dud not function Television had NO INSTRUCTIONS Waited on telephone for excessive amount of time to rall to hotel staff about television, she dismissed me and hung up the phone after a few seconds. She made me wait to talk to her but would NOT WAIT for me to respond. Three different people tried unsuccessfully to get the television to work but couldn't get it done. I called front desk for robe to go swimming, two robes were delivered. Two robes were child size robes gor adult woman. Went to the pool with the TOO SMALL ROBE ON, got to Pool and there were NO TOWELS AVAILABLE! Young woman at pool (Attendant) gave me adult robe! Best client care ever. Wasted time waiting for TOWELS at pool. Surely these things should never waste a customer's time.

Shower handles did not work. It required a maintenance man with a pair of pluers to trun off overhead Shower. Required 3 people to turn on television. Impossible to change broadcast language from French to English. Telephone assistant rude. Telephone assistant never available without being "PUT ON HOLD" FOR 10, 15 AND 20 MINUTES AT A TIME!

La proximité du centre Bell! La tranquillité de l’endroit ! L’accueil chaleureux du personnel ! On m’a upgrader la chambre sans frais additionnels ! Le déjeuner inclus était vraiment extraordinaire Vraiment bien j’y retournerai sans doute !

L’équipement dans la chambre … la télévision n’a jamais fonctionné et l’eau chaude pour la douche a pris un temps fou a arrivé et n’étais pas très chaude ….

Location is perfect. Very comfortable clean room excellent staff. Restaurant meal was delicious

Better instructions to the coffee machine

Direkt am Hauptbahnhof und Metro gelegen überrascht das Hotel mit einem großen Garten und Pool in der 7 Etage.

Umgebung besteht eher aus Bürohochhäusern

From start to finish, I had an exceptional experience at Hotel Bonaventure. Staff were friendly, even caring. Spa like facilities and wonderful food made everything seem like a holiday rather than a business trip. My room even had a view of a turtle pond!
