they gave my wife a hard time checking in, the room itself was pretty nice and modern but they didn’t update the bathroom. The door was hard to close, the ceiling was peeling horribly. Asked for clean towels and there weren’t any to be had. Went to check in and there weren’t any rooms available at their designated check in time, there were quite a few customers in the same situation. Our room was 2 over from the elevators and that’s all you could hear. False fire alarm from 1:30am to 2:05am. I’ll never stay at this location again.

The woman cleaning our room went above and beyond to help put. She was wonderful! Left a good tip for her 🥰

The hotel is conveniently located close to Ambassador Bridge.

The room was disgustingly dirty. There was hair balls on the bathroom floor, hair on the shower wall, urine stains on the toilet bowl, ring, and lid. They sent a staff to “clean” everything, she was trying to convince me that urine stains are from the “cleaning solution” and then even after they “cleaned” the bathroom, they still missed the stains on the toilet lid and ring and hair on the wall. Can’t imagine how they would even meet the standard COVID sanitary guidelines.

The location was great and the room was okay.

Hotel overrun by sport teams and staff's struggle in managing the behaviour and activity challenges from these guests. Baseball being played in the parking lot. Huge tailgating parties that went on past midnight in the parking lot despite hotel staff attempting to "contain" to TWO locations on property. Open alcohol throughout property inside and out. Ice machines drained by sport teams for their coolers on every floor of the hotel. No air conditioning in hallways and very poor air conditioning in our room. Weekend temperature in the 30's. Window opened 2in. and our room was hot. Breakfast food didn't come out fast enough and people piling plates. Potatoes like gravel. Under-staffed - one poor staffer trying to clear off tables. Had to pay $12 parking on site with parties and baseball games being played around your car. Relaxed rules at the cost of respectful guests and excuses that it was a long weekend. Way too expensive for the value which was justified by the flexible scale of pricing of the hotel.

Good location. All staff were very friendly. Generally clean and tidy.

Room was not ready when promised at check in. Bathroom sink did not drain well. A small microwave in the room would have been nice. Parking lot could be better lit at night.

it was noisy. you could hear noise from the air conditioning from the next room. spaces under door and light comes through your room from that space. it was just not comfortable night for the family

The room was ready and clean

The breakfast was terrible. No selection, pancakes were anemic, eggs were disgusting and sausage was undercooked. Staff were friendly enough but not overly helpful.

Breakfast menu appeared very good but when we were restricted to only a few of the menu items we were very disappointed. Almost like a bait and switch.
