Friendly. clean, we asked for extra coffee and no problem.

pool closed it was such a beautiful weather to be sitting at the pool, we understand that it open only May 1.

Room was decent for a 2 night stay. Really appreciate reception for arranging a pack n play for my baby to sleep in! Loved the prompt customer service, thank you!

noisy. thin walls, heard overhead footsteps. Bathroom smelled of urine around toilet and sink drain needed cleaning. refrigerator shelves were dirty and were never cleaned after I let front desk know if the condition.

Staff is great, location was good, rooms are nice

The sound proofing in this Hotel is horrible, we could hear noises from other rooms around us, like the occupants were right in our room with us, and anyone in the hallway was even worse. The first morning we were woken up by the maids with their two way radios squawking:((.

Staff are friendly, the room is clean and bed is comfortable. The location is good, there are restaurants in the area as well as A&W and Mcdonalds. We really appreciate that they let us check in early.

We can hear the noise from the next room. It seems like the partition of the room is not very good that even a slight movement or sound from the next room can be heard in our room making it hard to sleep.

The front desk staff were very friendly and they were able to answer any questions I had, including providing a recommendation on the restaurant and how to get to the mall. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The kitchenette had what I needed. The location was impeccable. Walking distance to two malls and access to two major thorough fares. Awesome!

basically it was quite new and clean

the room was noisy. every time someone opened a door in the hallway it sounded like they were opening mine. walking and talking of guests comes clearly into the room. From the room next to me i could hear the tv, people talking and laughing and one had a good cough. I had to sleep with earplugs. if anyone else in the floor is up early,and they will be, you’ll likely be woken up by theirs door opening and they’re chat and movement through the hall.
