清潔で部屋が広くて、キッチン設備も素晴らしかったです。
フロントの方も感じが良かった。
途中で、パネルヒーターが壊れてしまい、普通のヒーターを使い始めてすごく乾燥が気になりました。

Staff is really very friendly and helpful. Room is very spacious and has everything one could need. Feels like an apartment. It is also in a central location.
Internet was a bit slow during my stay but it’s wasn’t essential for me then since I wasn’t working

I stayed there before when it was the Regency Suites. The location is great and the suite is well appointed. There is a great place for lunch just 2 blocks from there, the Tastemarket at SAIT.
The Internet connection was spotty.

Downtown location. Surprisingly large kitchen. Friendly and efficient front desk.

Room was spacious including the one bedroom. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Didn’t make you feel like you were in the way or causing more work for them.
Neighborhood was a little sketch but that’s the city for you. Still felt safe walking around in the evening.

Clean and spacious. The room featured fully equipped kitchen. The facilities are simple, but well maintained. All was good.

Staff were very helpful. Suite was very clean. Bed was comfortable.It was nice to have a 1 bedroom suite.
Bathroom was cramped. Hallway closet doors opened the wrong way…in one case if door is open, front door could not open. In another case if door closet was open could not get into bathroom. Doors of fridge and freezer also open on the wrong side.
It would have been nice to have indoor parking.

Added extra fees like parking for 20 dollars a day really adds up, and I thought it was included when I booked the room

I enjoyed the layout of my room, the cleanliness, and how the location wasn't too far from anything so we could access many events and places we'd like to go!
My only issue would be the size of the elevators but I understand that there could be worse things.
It becomes very crammed and people sometimes don't care and force themselves in anyway and it becomes a space that's not even breathable.

the picture online of the hotel is completely not at all what the hotel actually looks like. someone took a photo of a nice glass pane window building, this is not that building
