Staff is exceptionally friendly. We had a few special requests and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate them. The location is also right next to a red line stop which is very convenient.

love the theme and decor. very clean. staff were very friendly. location felt very safe.
our room had only one very tiny window in the very corner of the room that was a small alcove where you could not sit. interior lighting was all very yellow and not nearly bright enough. if we stay again will request a room with natural light.

Very great decor, cozy, nice staff at check-in. I got upgraded to a suite at no extra cost due to my room given to another customer with special needs. Very quiet, comfortable bed, and great kitchen. It was a great surprise!
The bathtub had lots of hair stuck in the water jets, they got expelled on me when I activated them, indicating the tub was not purged or cleaned properly.
The breakfast was not ideal The potatoes were too salty, and limited choice. The orange juice tasted a bit stale or expired.

Good location right next to Kendall T station. A plenty of restaurants nearby. The newly opened MIT museum was on the same block. Walking distance to Charles river.
I wished the concierge staff spoke slower. He was talking as if he wanted to get rid of the guests from his sight as soon as possible. Did not feel welcome. Even asked, he did not spoke slower saying that that is the way Bostonians speak.

This place was absolutely perfect! It’s a must for your trip to Boston. The staff was friendly. The decor was stunning. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was yummy. They paid attention to every detail and then some.

The shower needs a grip to hold onto. Danger of falling. Sockets needed in the room to charge iPhones.
