Good location, comfortable bed, lots of space!

No microwave, too much $$ to park at the hotel.

Total überrissene Preise für ein schäbiges, überaltertes Hotel. Hotelzimmer mit dicken Staubschichten überzogen durch gegenüberliegende Grossbaustelle. Dauerlärm durch Grossbaustelle. Frückstücksrestaurant nach 40 Minuten Wartezeit und unfreundlicher Kellnerin verlassen. Auch zum halben Preis nicht zu empfehlen.

Breakfast could be included. Rate for the room was high. No airport shuttle. Room looked tired and worn out. I expected nicer for Beacon Hill, room was typical hotel.

I like the location. The bed is comfortable. Not so clean, the staff at the desk was not so friendly. Near the hotel was working, and we could not sleep all the nights!

I feel the rooms were accurately represented by the pictures on the website. Our room wasn't as nice as the pictures on the website. I feel the room wasn't equivalent to the price we paid to stay at this hotel.

The breakfast was good and Claudia was fantastic. The reason I gave a lower score here is the homefries were clearly precooked on a sheet in the oven with very little seasoning and dried out very badly. I love good homefries so this was a big disappointment….especially for a $20+ breakfast.

We were very disappointed in the comfort of the beds. We have had terribly sore backs since staying there . The beds were warpped and room tiny .

sliding bathroom door has no stop on it. I injured two fingers sliding the door closed the shower curtain didn't fit the tub. if you pulled it all the way to the front,water escaped via the back. if you pulled all the way to the back, water escaped via the fron

Very bad attention, being in the room I paid extra to get a better one and the people who attended me in the lobby did not let me pass my luggage from one room to the other, they told me to take everything out of the first room and leave it in the hallway at dawn and then they give me the card for the new room that I had already paid for, I was late for several meetings because they lost the car keys and they told me they didn't have any keys, that happened more than 2 times a day.
