Bien situé, proche centre ville en voiture, restaurants et centre commercial accessible à pied Piscine et salle de sport

L'eau de la piscine un peu fraîche Nous étions 3 et c'était un canapé-lit qui n'était pas très confortable pour la 3 ème personne Bruit de ventilation dans la chambre qui donnait froid

Das Personal bräuchte dringend eine Service-Schulung.

Sehr schönes Zimmer

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Insbesondere im Frühstücksbereich war man als Gast ein Störfaktor. Das Personal unterhielt sich lieber, anstatt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Auf Bitten und Wünsche wurde unfreundlich reagiert.

Tolerable, but needs dire improvement in things mentioned

The beds were comfy and the washroom was a 10/10.

There was no access to free water which i think should be a necessity. or at least an easier way to get water without paying because one room itself for 3 nights was already 706$. The pool was mediocre and the fitness room was not kept tidy and i think it lacked sanitation. The buffet needs to be clearer about pricing as well.

It was a comfortable room.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had coffeemaker, microwave and fridge.

Windows were very dirty so couldnt enjoy city view and would prefer a shower rather than a tub with shower

Bathtub and shower drained slow in 3 out of 6 rooms I had. 1 was an upgraded 1 bedroom suite. Was told breakfast would be included by the check-in staff. But turned out I had to pay, which I understand but they were very rude about it.

Ok for a short stay if you’re ok with a room/bathroom that’s not the cleanest.

The bed sheets were soft and clean. The carpet was fairly new and clean.

The bathtub in the room was scummy and dirty and you could tell it had been a while since it had been cleaned. The room was quite dusty and felt dirty.

They are doing frauds with the credit cards of the clients! Avoid or pay only cash!!

24 hours after my checkout I saw that the hotel charged my card without my authorization and despite having paid the whole amount of my stay in advance the first day of my stay. They are doing frauds with the credit cards of the clients, avoid asap!!!

Uncompetent staff who makes extra charges on my card after my checkout without any previous notice...complete fraud!!!

The tub was getting clogged when showering. The tap in the bathroom was very squeaky and hard to turn.

Room very clean & nice smell to the room. Bed very comfortable, Breakfast as expected, good coffee very important to us, broad choice of breakfast. The lady that served all of us was excellent.

staff were very friendly, location great for us, large room and comfortable.

Only suggestion is to add another chair or small couch to the room. Lots of room and one chair not good for a couple.
