Staff on reception was brilliant, fantastic room looking out onto the pool. Clean and very convenient.

Bar staff on Hangar 18 Bar + Kitchen, me and my wife took a seat at the bar where we waited around 15 minutes before we were asked if we wanted a drink. The woman was too busy laughing and flirting with men. We then ordered food which we waited another 32 minutes to arrive and the man then put it behind the bar which it stood for another 10 minutes while she flirted again. At this point the manager came and I told them I wanted a refund for the food. At this point the steam was blowing out my ears. We were refunded for both food and drinks. Never again.

After staying in a rubbish, dirty, over priced hotel in Santa Monica I was so happy to get to the Marriott.

Beds, proximity to airport, free shuttle to LAX, gym although unfortunately close due to covid, theres restaurants and cafe inside the hotel. And we have a balcony facing the pool area.

Balcony needs to be cleaned and windows as well! No grab and go breakfast.

The location of the hotel and free shuttle to the airport.

We had just gotten off a cruise and arrived earlier than check in. I understand it was early but we were told there were rooms available IF we wanted to pay an additional $75 to check in when we arrived or we could wait till Noon and pay $40 or we could wait till 2 and it would be complimentary....so we had to sit in the waiting area for HOURS, even though we were told rooms were available IF we wanted to pay extra. That to me is not good customer service. We would have eaten at your restaurant and probably spent the additional money that was requested to check in early but instead we ate elsewhere. All so you could charge additional fees, even when there were rooms available when we checked in. I know this review really won't matter as you are a huge company and I am just one person that you could really care less how I feel. Tonya Davis

Self parking fee expensive than hotel overnight price. Its terrible.

the front desk staff was unhelpful ad was not available. We had to wait for a long period to be attended. Additionally, we were not allocated the room that we paid for and was offered a room which was much cheaper. Now that most hotels offers free wifi, paying for this service is a appauling! Although the room had a cabinet labelled as locker/safe, the actual safe/locker was missing

The property was very clean and every area looked great. Starbucks inside was a plus! Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable. Great relaxing atmosphere. Loved that we had our own balcony with a pool view.

Great staff, amazing pool, we loved the ground floor room by the pool, the only disappointment was twin room had small beds
