Better sound proofing as you could hear the planes landing at LAX but I am used to hearing noises at night as I live next to a motorway/freeway

Clean room with a fridge and good space, but bathroom needs renovation. Comfortable beds and very nice staff at the desk, we were welcomed with a big smile. Previous opinion said about the airplane noise, because it’s close to the airport, but it didn’t bother us that much. We heard maybe only 3 planes during one night (or maybe we were just tired ;) Got good information about shuttle and it was pretty easy to take it.

Bathroom needs renovation. No big light on the ceiling, just lamps. Traffic, traffic, traffic, if you plan to visit for example Santa Maria rather than just the airport, we were stuck in a traffic for more than an hour.

Good cheap Airport Hotel - besides the Hertz facility so free shuttle

Skyways is reliable clean, simple but nice, very near the airport. The owner is very engaged and a great source of local information.

Nothing extramly rude. Told me one thing then did the opposite. I canceled all of my future stays with them rather pay 20$ more for a luxury hotel. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

They were extremely rude. They lied to me . Told me i could check out at 2pm but were knocking on my dorr at 11 am. And every 30 min after. I have stayed 2 times before but the son who was obnoxious and racist. Talking down to me like i dont understand whats going on. If i could not check out at 2pm then say that not when i am there and i already paid. They sent numerous emails harassing me. . They should not be renting anything. The hotel did not have soap or working water. Rude and unbelievable service. Dont go here. I WANT A FULL REFUND. RACIST PEOPLE. THEY WERE DOING DUGS WHEN I SHOWED UP. WHAT A JOKE WILL NEVER USE BOOKING AGAIN. NOR THIS HOTEL.

The building looks dated but it was thoroughly cleaned and there was no bug. I had read reviews before I stayed and some people recommended bringing earplugs as it is so close to the airport. To I used foamy ear plugs at night and had a really good sleep. Some reviewers wrote that they coups not figure out how to use the shower and neither did I at first. I tried turning the know, pulling, and pushing.. i I could not get it to work so I got my boyfriend to do it and he figured out it had to be pulled a little harder than I had done. It work3d no problem. We used Hertz shuttle bus from LAX to the hotel and from the hitel to LAX. There are frequent services and saves you 25 dollars Uber journey.

We wanted to get some water and found the vending machine outside, which sold drinks for only 1 dollar each. It only took cash and the front desk was happy to change our 5 to 1 dollar bills. We happily went up to the vending machine only to find that water was sold out.. I recommend bringing empty bottle from home and filling it up at the airport water fountain before coming here. It would be good if the vending machine was filled more often and it would be good if the front desk had some in stock to sell to the guests..

Location was good, convenient.

Wish the room had a trash can, be easier for cleaners rather than leaving rubbish around the place.
