Charming comfort!

Great location and super cute rooms that were clean and comfortable. This place had character to spare and nice common areas.

No issues, but it does have a lot of “odd” stairs here and there so may not be ideal for people with limited mobility. Also no on-site parking but the staff helped us find street parking and there was lots in the area. May not be the case during peak season though.

It was great.

We had a double room with a balcony but because of the weather we couldn't use it. The beds were comfortable and clean. The location in the town was excellent and the hotel had a parking lot close to it which was very convenient. The staff were very obliging and pleasant. I would recommend it to anyone.

At night there was a refrigerator truck or something with a refrigerating unit turning on and off and made a humming noise which was irritating.

Excellent accommodations on the Lunenburg waterfront.

Excellent location, facilities, etc. Owner (Michael) and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Could not adjust air flow in room mini split. Needed air circulation on rainy day. Not a big deal on a nice day.

Pleasant

Nice location right in town close to restaurants. They gave us a good recommendation to go to No.9 Coffee Bar for morning coffee.

The room was very hot despite cool weather outside. Unable to open one of the two windows to get air circulation. Tried to call the front desk but no answer around 10:00PM. Also, quite noisy inside the hotel (poor insulation)and outside(being on a main street).

Second stay at Smugglers and would stay again.

Location is excellent, room was nice, bed very comfy. Michael and I believe his wife at reception are phenomenal, made my stay. The cleaning woman was lovely and did a great job.

The hot water in shower takes a bit of time, have to run for 4-5 minutes to get hot, but then its lovely. Have to hold down toilet handle while it flushes properly before releasing.

Very good

Great location. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The building is full of character and charm. Room was good, nothing fancy but very clean. Would definately come back.

A great place to stay in a quaint little town. Well worth visiting.

Great location and a comfortable room.

Check parking as up to the end of the street it is paid parking, but just beyond the hotel there is free parking. Also check to see when the Bluenose 2 is not in port.
