J'ai déjà évoqué les difficultés que j'ai rencontrées dans cet hôtel. Je voudrais toutefois remercier Mikhail le portier qui m'a bien aidée.

J'ai déjà relaté dans un message précédent les difficultés rencontrées. Un personnel qui n'a pas été sympathique à mon égard et plus particulièrement une femme de ménage qui s'est montrée méprisante car je ne suis pas sortie de ma chambre assez tôt( j'ai quitté ma chambre à 12h) le 1er jour. Quand je suis rentrée de mes visites ma chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée. J'ai dû insister à la réception pour qu'on la fasse. Par ailleurs, ma chambre était située près du local à poubelles et j'étais réveillée systématiquement dans la nuit. Je l'ai indiqué mais aucune solution ne m'a été proposée. Je ne recommande surtout pas cet hôtel.

very out of date. Scruffy and in need of a serious make over. Room was tired and very overpriced. Really needed a room safe. And there wasn't a hook anywhere to be seen - no where to hang wet towels. Staff took ages to fix a lighting problem outside our door

Dated mattress, poor breakfast and dirty overall. They had issues in the kitchen two weeks before my arrival and no one warning me, if they had I could choose another place to stay. Overall I will never choose again this hotel and neither booking.com since they are not help at all and offering rooms at an expensive price compare to others.

The location was excellent for our needs all be it was qwuite noisy outside due to drain work on the first night which aooeared toi go on until the early hours of the morning!! Bin vans also started very early adn I did ask for a hgh room but sadly did not get this. The room was very clean quite a noce soxe all be it would have been handy to ahve somewhere we could both sit as opposed to just one chair and a desk. The neioghbours were very noisy with lots of doors slammong all hours, may be an idea to ahve some polite signs up reminding ither guests to be considerate of othere guests?

Noise outised until ealry hours if windows were of better quality then you would not her this as wiht the noise inside. A nice sofa or couple of lounge chairs to rest on would be a good touch and welcomed in the room

Ricariche dell’acqua in hotel. Pulizia e cambio asciugamani effettuato tutti i giorni. Possibilità di fare il check-in in ritardo. Presenza di un deposito bagagli. Possibilità di usare i bagni comuni dopo il check-out.

Nelle stanza non è presente un adattatore per le prese europee (bisogna portarselo). In alternativa ci sono le prese usb. Le scale dell’hotel sono malandate con macchie e buchi sulla mura. Essendo una coppia, sarebbe gradito avere due asciugamani per ogni tipologia (viso, mani, corpo) Le lenzuola/asciugamani probabilmente sono lavati con detersivi un po’ aggressivi e ci hanno causato prurito.

Ascensore guasto, 20 minuti di attesa èer l'unico funzionante, struttura di 24 piani Colazione chiamata "GREAT AMERICAN GRILL" e di caldo e preparato al momento non aveva nulla. Cucina chiusa. Stanza pagata all'arrivo (con colazione) e soldi (pari al 20% dell'importo complessivo già pagato) caricati dopo tre giorni, fatta notare la strana ed immotivata transazione (riscontrata sulla carta di credito) si sono semplicemente scusati dicendo che al check out avrebbero restituito la somma (sulla fiducia!, visto che tutta viaggia con i tempi delle banche e dei circuiti delle carte di credito).

Un des deux ascenseurs était en panne ce qui était pénible. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité moyenne L’hôtel et les chambres méritent un rafraîchissement

La habitación es grande y cómoda, la cama es uy buena. Estuve en un piso 11 y no se oía mucho ruido externo así que se puede descansar muy bien. También pudimos trabajar desde el cuarto en el escritorio. La ubicación es estratégica también, tiene muy buenos accesos al subte y a las avenidas principales. Muchos restaurantes de todo tipo alrededor.

Es un hotel con más de 20 pisos y no funcionaba 1 de los 2 ascensores lo que generaba filas y demoras. El desayuno es fatal. No tiene opción de nada caliente, ni huevos ni nada. Todos los días las mismas opciones que se reduce a baggels y DULCE. No hay nada saludable, no hay nada que no esté lleno de azúcar.
