The location is great, the staff was great & the pool.

Cleaner parking lot. As in snow removal or grade that ice down, so not difficult for cars.

Breakfast & location was good.

I requested towels several times & did not get the service, I had to get the towels from the front desk. I was not able to connect to the WiFi.

Comfy beds, good breakfast

Hottub was gross, and paint was peeling off like crazy

The TV didnt work, the room was not clean, and the shower was so hot you couldn't even get in. Not to mention the bagels had mold on them at breakfast. The woman said, "Its just her and she cant keep up with moldy bagels"

The facility was comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly

The hot tub wasn’t hot. It was lukewarm.

For the price I was expecting friendly staff, fantastic room, and at least a decent breakfast. I've stayed at cheaper hotels that provided better service and food. At 400 USD a night, it's a bit ridiculous we waited 3+ hours and a shift change to have the pleasure of plunging our own toilet. The first room we were checked into had a man doing maintenance long past check in time, with no warning. The second rooms toilet was clogged and we waited until 10pm before we finally got a plunger after asking multiple times. It looks like a beautiful property, but stained beds, broken toilets, subpar breakfast, and unhelpful, unfriendly staff await you.
