Upon arrival at the hotel, we attempted to check in and were told the hotel had overbooked and was not able to honor our reservation. 9:30pm at night on a holiday weekend. Will never go to this hotel again and am now a little leery of using booking.com, because I had assumed they did a little more vetting of properties than this.

Horrible. Dirty. Staff was rude. No hot water the entire stay even though we told the staff everyday. They told us it wouldn't get fixed so we weren't able to shower the entire stay.. They removed our belongings from our room with no notice and refused to return them stating that we weren't supposed to be in the room. They later stated that it was a mistake on their part as we weren't checked in correctly. There were homeless people everywhere. There were drugs everywhere. The parking lot was full of trash. Old bed frames, refrigerators and furniture. The bed sheets had hair on them. Literally everything that could go wrong, did. Completely ruined our dream Alaskan vacation. We will never stay at this hotel again and I will warn everyone who asks about this hotel. The mattress was worn out and miserable.

disgusting from the second u enter building , its used for transitional housing . homeless people sleeping out front. garabage everywhere in and outside building . I had to change room 4 times . Then at 3am it started raining in room , the room flooded and had to wake my kids to move to another room!!!! The garbage under beds , stained dirty carpet and curtains. Shower was clogged and I was dying to leave . I didn’t expect this from a chain hotel like this! Housekeeping does not clean , this is hotel horror do not stay here!!! Beware

everything! I have pictures to prove how bad it is.. The hotel is disgusting …. no soap, dingy sheets, dirty stained carpet , especially in hallway prob never been vacuumed. trash in hallway that stank, garbage found under bed, flood in room, sofa bed had no bed literally not even hinges to hold mattress if there was one there. if u sat on it you would sink in and be sitting on floor. walls dirty , elevator even more disgusting it’s a shame . transitional housing for addicts and homeless. fire man had to come to check because of flood sprinkler system was compromised

Everything. Dirty. Worn out. Smelly. Trash all over parking lot. Staff was not friendly at all. Would not ever ever ever recommend staying here. $200 a night for the scariest place I've ever stayed in. Not worth it. Drugs, homeless people everywhere. Bed was worn out. Room smelled of cigarettes. Asked the desk everyday to fix the hot water. The shower was so cold we couldn't take a shower the entire time we were there. Couch was broken. Walls were broken.

Not like it was advertised online. No one informed me of what's available at the desk or in the room. The room was cold, one of the burners didn't work and I informed the desk and all I got was "I'm sorry".

Never stayed there. We checked in and went to our room and the room was so gross we ended up leaving.

The room was a nasty. It had stains on the floor, the refrigerator looks like some repeat it with a hammer, handles were missing missing off of cabinets, room, smelled, funky, just look unattended, and I’m taken care of
