I like the location. My husband had surgery at Cleveland clinic, so we stayed overnight for his follow-up. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel.

The floor in the kitchen was very sticky. This is the 3rd time we have stayed, and we have never had an issue before.

Excellent breakfast and friendly cheerful hostess.

Location

Room was extremely dirty, not properly cleaned. Condoms next to bed, hair behind the door, appliances had caked on dirt. Over priced, plus breakfast was horrible, no covid protocols at all, at least silverware to get your food, that hasn't been touched by hundreds of people shouldn't be to much to ask. They said since room was booked thru 3rd party site, they couldn't do much unless we canceled and booked directly with them. Lastly everything in the room was old and tearing apart. For the price it was a let down overall.

The staff was wonderful! The breakfast was delicious! The room was clean except for the shower.

The shower wasn't cleaned very well. The sofa bed had no sheets or anything on it so we had to go get sheets and make it ourselves. There were no pillows or blankets for it either.

Broken sliding door to closet in bedroom. Stain on sheets. Unacceptable markings on toilet seat. Where unacceptable means, all that should have been done was to purchase another toilet seat at Home Depot’s, or Lowe’s. Human hair in the refrigerator freezer. Room Price changed within 2-3 weeks of booking room. Even though I arrived around 6pm. The room apparently was just being turned over by housekeeping, for guest access. This was 2 hours after I was permitted to check in.

Breakfast was very good, room/suite blew me away on how spacious and well equipped it was.
