This is our 2nd time staying here and my 2nd review on the hotel. We love this hotel as a family of 6 it is hard to find hotels that can/will accommodate that big of a group with just 1 room. The location is also great, it is around everything. We will continue to come here for many more trips in the future.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the facility was clean.

The room next to us was very loud with multiple kids and the parent up all night and being over the top loud. It was outright disrespectful and rude. The staff handled my complaint with what we were told was a full refund along with the other 3 rooms that complained. Why people that do this are not immediately kicked out is odd to me. They were allowed to act this way while the other patrons were forced to accept it, not sleep and the hotel had to have lost money refunding rooms.

Couldn't use pool to much chemicals

Wonderful staff, rooms and everywhere in facility we went it was clean. Oh and very comfortable!
