The bed was very comfortable.

The first room the put us in was dirty. Shower was broke, hot tub didn't work, and there was still somebody's leftovers in mini fridge. It stunk horribly. The put us in another room. It was clean, but hot tub still didn't work. Overall very frustrated that I paid for 2 nights @ the normal hot tub suite price, and didn't even get to enjoy it.

TV did not work. Hot breakfast was mediocre. no staff at desk when I checked out.

Did not like the breakfast! Added half and half toy coffee and it was curdled. The food looked like it had been heated up from the day before. The waffles looked like thawed out eggos that had been put in a pan of water and soaked. Just nasty. Room was nice but for the price ,it would have been nice to have breakfast and coffee.

Everything was subpar. The bed was very old with very little support. Thanks for the backache. We ate at the restaurant where the workers had no clue about any of the menu items and couldn’t understand or speak English except when the bill was presented and the server announced “I prefer cash tip”. When a hair dryer was needed, it wasn’t in the room. Called down for one and we were told “my pleasure “ but it never showed. Went to the front desk and waited for 45 minutes, nobody was there, finally went to the basement to retrieve one and finally found an employee. She was the front desk person who was trying to fix the broken elevator at the request of management. She had no idea how to fix an elevator. Took another 15 minutes with her before she finally went into an empty room for a hair dryer because neither housekeeping nor maintenance had one and no spares in the building. Worst run property I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms very outdated, no usb anywhere. Housekeeping never went to our room in the 4-night stay. Plenty of choices in the area and I’d recommend steering well clear of this hotel.

I thought the breakfast had a nice variety but the hot food was not hot eggs were cold potatoes were cold turn the steam table up. The location of it was absolutely fine.

The TV was confusing. The shower tile grout needs to be cleaned. The elevator was dirty.

The on-site restaurant was very good. The chef is really good at what she prepared on her menu. That was very unexpected compared to the hotel overall.

The breakfast was not good at all. I could only eat a bagel and I tolerated the eggs for protein. My wife could only eat a bagel and cereal. The bed was not comfortable at all. The bedding is too lightweight for such a cold climate.

The rooms were sufficient, the bar closed at 10 pm and breakfast was not good. It was about 10 minutes from campus. Air conditioner in one room didn’t work.

Much to my surprise the showers didn’t have any safety bars attached to the walls? When traveling with two senior citizens, (93 & 98), these were a basic necessity.

The breakfast was good but there wasn't much variety and every day there was sausage, eggs and potatoes. I can't eat eggs and the sausage was too spicy. I did find something to eat for breakfast, but I was a bit disappointed. The staff was very helpful, wonderful and even met our needs without us having to ask.

The bathroom left a little to be desired, but it was clean. The pool was closed and looked like it had been for some time, but I never saw this indicated anywhere on the website when I was booking. We were very disappointed in not being able to spend time in a pool.
