perfect location, beautiful building

No microwaves in the rooms, room did not get cold, breakfast was very lackluster

Breakfast was great. Hotel was clean and very nice. Room was fantastic.

No microwave in the room. Fridge worked ok but not great.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. Valet parking was a very convenient option which we took full advantage of. Overall, this was a very comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend to our friends.

The beds was hard , 50 dollars to park , the money for breakfast was o my and there was a lot of drinking going on in lobby and I couldn't believe that ,,

Good location, big room.

I chose this hotel because its central location and the brand name. The front desk upgraded our room from a king bed to a queen bed (with a supposedly bigger room). I am not sure if this is what I want. The room is indeed huge but lacks some basic amenities. for example, there is no bottled water and the fridge is completely empty. I could not even pay to get water. I drove a long way to arrive here after 9, without knowing where to get a bottled water. The front desk did not tell us we could get a discount voucher for the breakfast and the restaurant charged us full price for a simple breakfast. Overall, the service did not meet our expectation.

Location. Close to everything. Once we parked, we never moved the vehicle. Check-out was at noon, which was amazing. Took water in room 1217 a long time to heat up.
