Location is great.
I reserved 2 rooms together.. but when we arrived they put our party on separate floors. The idea is to be together!!

the bed was comfy
the room smelled strongly of carpet cleaner and dust. the breakfast was not as good as it used to be. there was no table service no menu choices. the scrambled eggs had a slightly fishy taste.
Before you could get an Omelette or poached etc.

I didn't like that the pool was closed for most of our second day,with bringing our grand children so they could swim...it was very disappointing

New staff. Everything was very unorganized at check in and out. Lots of walking around to finally get our proper room.

I can not say enough words on how much I enjoyed my stay. I have made several visits to Brantford and finally I have found a hotel that was great. the check in clerk was very kind the atmosphere was warm and inviting. My room was very clean and comfortable to sleep in. convenient location close to the highway. The shower was nice and hot with strong pressure water just how I like it! I loved the pillows on my bed they were very comfortable There is a mall nearby for some fun shopping. Breakfast staff was kind. the on site restaurant is really nice. I will stay here every time I visit Brantford.
The rooms could use some usb ports for charging
Maybe some more vegan options for the restaurant would be nice, I would have ate all my meals on site if so.

The heater was so loud. I had to turn it off to be able to sleep. The walls are very thin. it wasn’t possible to sleep until next room stops talking! and the next morning (Sunday) someone started using the hair drier at 5:30 am and I jumped from my bed thinking someone is using my washroom! overall not a pleasant stay for its price!!

Dated,and the bathroom was extremely tiny
The breakfast was not very good.
The only elevator was located pretty far from the lobby.
It was very clean and the staff was great.
So I would go back ,but maybe not for fun just necessity.
