Homewood Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Secure parking garage. Awesome view! Suites are comfortable and roomy, allowing for privacy. Even the pull-out sofa bed was comfy enough for me to get a good night's rest! The buffet breakfast has nice variety of hot and cold items included and the burritobar is a nice touch. I loved the chili límon sauce! Elevators made it easy to get to any room. Pretty safe neighborhood in close proximity to the Climate Pledge Arena and Space Needle.

One of the doors for the parking garages was broken and stayed open. I parked in the other one, but the 2nd night that door stayed open also.

It was the perfect location to get on a cruise ship. We came in a day early so you walked all around Seattle and seen some sites. Wife loved it. Was a little pricey but was good for us.

Could have had a shuttle from the airport. That would have been nice

The housekeeping staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was meh. Very bland. Typical American fare. After trying the free breakfast the first day we went out to breakfast for the remainder of our stay (8 days). The staff at the desk was the most disappointing. Not at all welcoming or friendly or helpful. They were never present at the desk (you had to wait for them to appear) and they were not accommodating. Please teach them to smile and act like they're glad you're here.
