Great location.

Bed sheets and towels were dirty and stained. Staff was unfriendly and the fitness center is abandoned and poorly equipped. When checking out I asked for a receipt of my stay. The attendant refused to print it and insisted I’d get it in my email. It’s been four days since I checked out and I haven’t received the receipt yet. Wrote twice to the hotel informing my email address and requesting the receipt and was complete ignored.

Property was in a great location downtown with access to great restaurants and areas of interest.

The room we had was ok but looked out the window and it was a concrete wall. I requested that we be put in a room with some kind of view l. Just felt we were in the dungeon and my request were ignored.

Room was good but needing a little remodeling, especially the bathroom.

Connected restaurant wasn't very good at all.

We liked the central location...

The room was not made up or we got clean towels, from the first to the second day, even after requesting at the reception, nothing happened. Further there was no way to get a king size bed which we had specifically requested.

Price was a bit high! I did get free breakfast, so that really helped with the hotel being a bit overpriced.

Rooms are cleaned every three days.

Convenient location and parking was allowed until 3 pm on the day of check out.

There is no lock on the balcony for the inside. The plugs were loose and unable to hold cords. Restaurant charged tip that was not authorized. The hotel incorrectly charged parking in the room.The room was not clean properly (hair in shower, walls dirty). The pool was small and had no shallow end. The pool was closed for the end of our stay. Staff unconcerned with issues.

The location was great! The room was spacious, clean, with TV with variety of different channels, balcony, with comfortable beds.

The staff that answered my calls regarding my reservation wasn’t nice.
