Plenty of breakfast options. Conveniently located off the lobby. Tables were clean and the breakfast set up was well maintained. Staff was friendly and courteous. The room had all the amenities I needed.

The door to the hallway was broken so that was a safety concern because anyone could follow you to your room.

The bathroom was very small....but functional

nothing wrong with the property , is the service that is terrible .We are every weekend in different places and this is the first time they are rude and nasty .

the clerk was terrible , we booked our room and pay ahead of time and drove 30 hrs and also text them to let us have the too. a bit early , one hour early , and told him to charge us if it was needed, He told us first it was no rooms ,even after I told him we have a reservation, then he make is wait till 3 to start checking us in . He was rude and they en ask me for the credit card for the deposit and they charged the 100 dollar right away , Im still debating this with them . The room was paid in full already . that charge never show as pending is been cleared since day one

The breakfast was the only decent thing about our stay.

The rooms were dirty. The bedding was stained. Everything smelled and was filthy from the room, to the lobby, throughout the entire hallway. They don't have an elevator so you had to carry your bags up and down the stair cases. People were constantly fighting, banging and smoking.

The guy at the front desk when we checked in did his job when there is no my record from bookings.com, he called bookings and gave me feedback and explained the situation why there was no my reservtion record, and he told me everything would be done without any question. I thanked him and back to my room and called the bookings using the hotel line and the answer from bookings was the problem was coming from the booking system and everything would be done before my check out, no doubt.

The guy at the front desk when we checked out seemd like making trouble, he pointed his finger at me and said I made a mistake and the problem still there, and there was no reservation record in their system, and he asked me to call bookings to solve the problem, and finally he said he would not return my 100usd deposit. Of course everything he talked had his own objective. I asked him if his colleague leave him any message, he answered"NO". I told him what we did the previous night and what the result was from bookings, and I asked him not pointing his finger at me. He probably thought he would be successful if he continued his attitude, and he even picked up his phone and started his talk to the police over the phone saying someone crazy at the front dest, and then hang up . Of course I made video using my phone just in front of him. Obviously, he was a bad actor, he could not explain what he talked to the polic and said those officers were busy and they could not come. He is a liar! Finally, he had no choice, he could not continue his lies, he apoligized to us. He is a good example for people to recognize liar and coward. I will post his pic, you need pay attention when you see this face.
