The location to the airport was very easy to get to and distance wise convenient. The decor was beautiful and everything was clean. The cocktails were wonderful! The staff was very nice and friendly.

The overall temperature in the facility was a little chilly, but other than that there was nothing that I didn’t like.

Lovely big rooms and big beds. Room well glazed so no noise from the airport or traffic. Great transfer to the airport.

We stayed on January 23rd 2024. The telephone in our room didn’t connect to reception downstairs. We had aggressive very loud neighbors in the next room all night. I had to get dressed to go to reception to get help . The staff were indifferent. A security man came upstairs with me and when the woman answered her door she was aggressive and the security guard just walked away and ignored me and left us at risk in our room

Perfecto para una noche de escala en Los Ángeles. El personal es súper eficiente y amable. La habitación muy grande, limpia e insonorizada. El shuttle gratuito al hotel sale de upper level zona hotel shuttle.

El aeropuerto está muy transitado así que esperamos 15min por el shuttle y no venía, al comenzar a caminar pasaron 5 seguidos de nuestro hotel y los conductores van con prisas y no se fijan mucho, con lo que para cuando ves que es el de Hyatt Regency está demasiado cercano y ya no da tiempo a reaccionar y los conductores se largan.

Localização, atendimento e transfer do aeroporto excelentes! Porém o hotel ficou sem água quente durante a noite e apesar de terem enviado uma cartinha pro quarto informando do ocorrido, chegamos do jantar bem na hora em que a água quente foi desligada. Poderiam ter avisado no check in, assim já teríamos tomado banho quando chegamos.

When checking in noticed a note that hot water would be off from 11pm to 11am. We asked about it (not told) and they said that was correct. When staying in a hotel prior to a long day of flying you really want a shower in the morning. Feel we should have been contacted to have choice as to whether or not to stay but too late once at checkin and transport has left. Ended up being comped $100 off our meal bill but had to ask for compensation- feel it should have been offered. Also, luckily able to have shower before cutoff at 11pm but not a rain shower as described in booking.com - just a hand held that was little more than a drizzle and the strange control had it freezing cold or scalding hot.

Die Lage direkt am Flughafen und die Flugzeuglandebahn

Die Teppiche überall und die dreckigen Fenster. Zudem war der Preis viel zu teuer für eine Nacht und diese Ausstattung. Auch ist die Strecke vom Flughafen mit dem Auto nicht empfehlenswert. Lieber zu Fuß gehen, da der Verkehr in LA unglaublich schlimm ist.

Typisches Flughafen-Hotel mit Shuttlebus. Restaurant, kleiner Starbucks-Laden. Man ist auf Auto angewiesen. Valetparking kostet USD 60, was in den USA an städtischen Lagen nicht unüblich ist. Gleich daneben steht ein Parkhaus. Aber da kostet der Tag auch USD 45.

Es wäre schön, wenn an dieser doch etwas abgelegenen Lage das Frühstück inbegriffen wäre.

Customer service was excellent. Shuttle very easy and convenient to use.

Breakfast options weren’t fabulous but acceptable.

I liked the loacation and the help given by the Concierge

The fact that the soap in the shower was empty and the shampoo pump did not work well. Also an issue with the remote not ale to turn the TV on or Off
