Location was great . Nearby grocery stores and gas stations.

No toilet paper , not enough towels , staff was ok . Rooms were two small . Plus I wish they would tell us in advance like before booking that they require $100 cash deposit.

Rooms need to be cleaned better 1st room clothing rack was pulled out of the wall. 2nd room we received was not ready beds were a mess. 3 rd room fridge was not clean. Check out was at 11:00 and I get waken up by housekeeping at 9:00

The staff and the service and I had to go back to front desk because the key wasn't working then they give me a different room and the toilet was backing up I had not even used the bathroom and I called the front desk and about it and I was told to come and get a plunger and fix myself. Horrible service 👎

I wanna start by saying the front desk was nice to me, but there was a black male and some young female friends and he charged both of the party's extra and said and I quote "its policy I have no choice but to charge you" so when i moved forward i expected the same line he smiled and said "not to you ma'am I had to charge them cause we have judge them sometimes but you look like you wouldn't mess our rooms". to which i felt very uncomfortable like wow. then the location of my room was right on top of a weirdo that lives in the hotel and he literally walked me up to my room which i told him no several times i felt unsafe he kept talking about how he was gonna make me change my mind because he was really into me like SIRRRRR excuse me!. my room was a 2 bed and one of the beds had something thrown on them like if they spilled it on the side so it was running down the sheets into the bottom of the bed to the carpet big ol stain disgusting. then the fire alarm was low battery so it kept ringing thru out my nights there. well it dont get any better fellas i woke up saturday morning expecting breakfast well they had out a bunch of ghetto pastries that you would buy at convenience stores no fruit no waffles only cereal and some hard bread. overall the beds where good i slept good but it just wasnt nothing like the way it looks online

I loved the hot water in the room. There was plenty of privacy and the AC was very responsive. No issues with the wifi, and the room provided an adequate amount of sundries. Breakfast options are definitely plentiful.

I called ahead of time to see if the pool would be open the next day, and was told it would be, however the next day, The pool was closed. The room, while it looked clean was filled with bugs, found 3 in the bathroom, one crawling in the wall next to the sink, several on each night stand that could come and go, even one on the bed that I slept on. I was too tired to bring it up and all I could do was get rid of as much as I could myself. The toilet kept making flushing sounds, likely the flapper in the water tank was not making a tight seal and as a result kept 'flushing' every minute or so.
