Having to pay for parking

Desk staff were polite and helpful.

was unaware from online photos and room description that the special price I was quoted was a hotel 'annex' wing. To get a room in the main building was an additional $30/night. Also was not made clear that parking was additional to the rate. I don't think the hotel was that booked up or busy and think that there should not have been an upgrade cost to the room, especially after finding parking was not included. Convenience-wise: no coffee shop in building for small or quick lunch, just an expensive french restaurant.

they have some problem with power settings in the west wing we faced lots of power shut off and it was disturbing and two items were lost in our room !!

First room was like a hostel. Extremely small room Tiny TV Wasn’t comfortable

it was nice and clean. The staff were very nice.

The parking wasn’t the greatest and I do t know if it’s usually included in the price of the hotel or you had to pay it separately but we paid it separately.

room was dank, cold, bathtub was chipped, unsightly, tv volume could not be turned down. Inadequate changing facilities at the pool slippery tiles soaked carpet dangerous
