Good breakfast. Biscuits.

Location. Comfortable bed. Clean room. View was okay. Room service food was okay but probably not worth $50 for one entree.

The shower door was broken/falling out of the track which made it difficult to enter/exit. For the price we paid ($675 for one night), the accommodations weren’t up to par. Our deluxe resort in Disney was cheaper and much nicer with a double vanity, multiple shower heads, sliding door separating toilet/shower from vanity, etc.

Valet parking was a zoo….. every day , all times of day. Our car was dented. Not acceptable !!!

We liked the downtown location in respect to Bridgestone Arena, the Valet and Foodservice staff along with their management were fantastic. Other staffers, not so much

The grout and glass lines in our shower were gross and a adhesive substance was on the shower floor. The carpet was frayed in a 2’ area (obviously not recent), everything exorbitantly priced

We did not have the opportunity to stay at the omni

2 hours before arriving received call they were over booked and made arrangements with another hotel.. It was good they made other arrangements but pretty stressful not knowing where we would be staying after our travel plans were changed due to weather issues.

Live music and location

the staff was friendly and the location is perfect.

the bed linen was noted to have stains on the top layer but everything else was fine.
