Bra, varm frukost. Läget var helt perfekt för vår del. Nära till allt vi önskade nå. Bra sängar, rymliga rum samt bra dusch. Hotellet har också ett mysigt relaxområde med en jacuzzi och en liten pool. Men det som gjorde allra mest för vår positiva upplevelse var Fred och övrig personal på hotellet. På det här hotellet får du som gäst en fantastisk service! De löser allt och du möts alltid av ett leende. Som gäst här känner du dig verkligen varmt välkommen!

Vi var mycket nöjda md vår vistelse. Det går alltid på varenda hotell att lyfta fram sådant som kan bli ännu bättre. Men vi väljer här att bara lyfta fram det vi uppskattade med hotellet

-very friendly staff -comfortable bed and pillows -fluffy towels -clean room -wifi speed was okay -tasty coffee -no problem to park (there is no valet parking anymore!)

-had a room in building C, the hallway feels a little bit dated -carpet in the room is not the newest, but clean -breakast area is pretty crowded at times

Everything in the room worked perfectly: Internet, safe, electricity, plumbing, AC, and the linens (sheets and towels) are impeccable. The hotel serves a very fine breakfast and eating at a table by the pool is lovely. In addition, the staff is friendly, helpful and prompt to reply to all questions. The neighborhood isn't ideal but Sawtelle Japantown is within walking distance and Santa Monica is just a 10 minute drive away.

Through no fault of the hotel, the neighborhood isn't great for a long walk but all the Asian restaurants are a treat!

Breakfast was great Matress and pillows very comfy Fred's attention at the front desk cleaning ladies very nice great location, near santa monica, culver city, hollywood, beverlyhills, nice and quiet for good resting time

some maintenance needed breakfast hours are short - specially if you are on resting vacation days check inn time is too late 3 pm and 11 am checkout Bathroom is very very small for a family

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were excellent.

The parking is tough but the staff were very helpful in trying to make it work for anyone.

Good breakfast and nice staff.

Parking was not only paid but also very narrow and small. Had a hard time getting in and out.

Great staff to mert all Your needs. Super breakfast. Pools are an advantage.
