the AC does to much noisy

it was just all very comfy. the breakfast in the morning is one of the best because the pastries are fresh. it was easy to find parking. the staff was very nice

i personally couldn’t complain about anything. the hotel is on a busy little street and you may get a room facing the alley, and even then I wouldn’t say it was so noisy or unsafe at all

very convenient brand new hotel with free street parking and nice inner court. location is convenient and safe, close to the airport and beach, you will need a car to get around

breakfast was mainly pastries / snacks and some fruits, not so healthy / fresh. beds are a bit small

Everything was wonderful! This was my second stay at Mayumi & it was an 8 night one. The staff is lovely and I have to commend the housekeeping staff especially. What an exceptional job they do at making the room sparkle! Thank u, thank you!

My only comment would be - design a magnet to request clean towels - some days I just needed clean towels, not my entire room cleaned.

Loved the aesthetics of the hotel as it was very modern. Loved how clean room was and cozy outdoor lounge area.

Needs better breakfast selection

Mayumi is very clean and comfortable. There’s free street parking which I had no issue finding at night. Very safe low traffic area with a nice shopping center across the street. The hotel offered complementary sake daily and the courtyard is enjoyable 24/7. No problem with receiving additional toiletries. I will definitely stay again in the future.

The room was a little small but if you utilize the closet space and keep it clean you’ll be fine.

The accommodation is quiet and the room is very clean and new, also there is more parking.

the staff is rude and uninterested most the time wayy too expensive for what it is the breakfast is the worst I have ever seen in a hotel and it finished at 9AM??? After 15 days I am still waiting for them to release my security deposit?? the room touch screen control panel is annoying. why do I have to spend 30 seconds fiddling with a screen ti turn off lights? why not just a light switch?
