My granddaughters loved that there was a decent size heated indoor pool.
Microwave in the room was a little high for short people.

It was downtown and close to the event we were attending.
The rooms were dirty, one smelled like cigarette and was labeled non-smoking, the phone didn’t work to call the front desk, the AC was broken, the tv remote didn’t work, & the breakfast was not the best we have had at a hotel.

Nice corner room on 4th floor. Breakfast was good , and the staff were pleasant and helpful
Initially we were shown to an average room on the 3rd floor but this was quickly changed to a much better room on the 4th floor

liked having a gym, wifi, breakfast, but most importantly the location was awesome. my boyfriend and I traveled for the aquarium but found that anything we wanted to do was nearby.
I wish the pool was outside, also wish the breakfast line could be a bit more open. elevators definitely need some updating it sounds like you might fall when it stops

Convenience of location, free parking, great breakfast, super clean and comfortable room. Overall, extremely pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Rooms were a touch dated but still enjoyable. No true complaints. Would definitely stay again.

It was a good location. Took less than 5 min to get everywhere we wanted to go. The king-size bed was super comfy.
The indoor pool was not heated. It was so cold the kids couldn't even get in. The shower head leaked, the blind did not let up on the window in our room
