It was a grab and go breakfast, so what you could fit in a little bag...they could have had a wider variety of fruit, pastries and or bagels. It was decent, but not exactly breakfast.

Everything looks to be exceptional when you first walk in . We booked a room for 3 nights . The first night we stayed there me and my family were bit by fleas. I took pictures and a video of a flea crawling on the bed . When I called the front desk they switched us rooms and told me I would have to talk to the manager on Monday. When I called I was given a run around finally I talk to a manager days later and she asks me to email her the pictures and video I took. The response I was given was that they were sorry to say they had inspected the room and found no fleas and the video I took was “not on their linen” after spending 300$ here what horrible customer service I would NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE unless u like flea bites

The staff was great, we stayed 4 nights. The pool area was very nice ,we enjoyed the coffee bar.

Looks like a different town inside of the facility. really nice quiet although its by the free way so good for when traveling and need to take a nap to continue traveling. over all pretty and inexpensive hotel.

Room smelled ,stuffy. Pillows were small

Pool was closed. Nobody informed us about it before we came to the hotel. No compensation. Manager was not available - not in person and not via e-mail. Very poor breakfast. I recommend to book one of the many other hotels in Bakersfield.

Room was spacious and had a tub.

Pool closed no reason given and we only booked this hotel so we could use a pool. No coffee in the room either but they did have a coffee bar in the lobby.

Conveniently located off highway. Pool view room was quiet and shielded from the highway noise. Bathroom had been recently renovated and bed was comfortable though softer than I like.

The main reason I booked this hotel was for the pool because I wanted to swim. As we completed our check in, the mostly indifferent staff person informed us that the pool was not available that day! We had a ground floor room looking out at a beautiful inviting lawn and pool that we couldn’t use on a very hot afternoon. I should have read more reviews because this seems to happen often. Also, calling coffee, a packaged pastry, yogurt, and juice, breakfast is a bit of a stretch.

This is a very nice hotel that we booked during our round trip through California. We intended to stay here only for 1 day but extended our stay to 3 nights. The room is very space and newly decorated. The bathroom is clean and of a good quality. The hotel has plenty of free parking places all around the building.

The grab and go breakfast has very limited choices (only 1 type of bread) and fruit was only on the buffet during the week-end

Unfortunately the pool was closed. Breakfast very poor

The costs

The staff were helpful, kind and friendly. The room was exactly what we needed in a handicap room. We will be staying here again!
