The restaurant was closed on Saturday and there wasn’t any room service at the time of our stay. I was disappointed that the pool wasn’t an out door pool with lounge chairs. It gets hot in Bakersfield and we were hoping for an outside pool.

I liked there's restaurant and bar.

I was quoted $540.00 when i made the reservation.When i arrived at the property $830.00.

Despite having a confirmed reservation through Booking.com, we were bumped upon arrival because the hotel had overbooked itself (huge youth soccer tournament that weekend). Staff then proceeded to try to blame us for using a third-party booking company, not paying when we reserved, etc. Done with Hilton forever, and now wondering when a Booking.com confirmed reservation is really a reservation?

No continual breakfast offered. For the price should have been included. Was disappointed with the lack of amenities for the business travel.

It's a comfortable stay. Room was well maintained.

staff’s attitudes were bland. not very welcoming. the comforters might as well have been made out of toilet paper. so thin & cheap.

I had paid for breakfast when I booked but this fact could not be verified when I arrived for the meal. I had to produce my booking confirmation email to prove that I had paid.
