I liked the size of the room, the amenities, and the location. Staff was friendly and attentive.

We stayed in room 705 and there was black mold in the shower. Additionally, we tried to wash our dirty clothes and there was no detergent for purchase and none were offered up front.

O hotel tem boas instalações e excelente limpeza. É bem localizado também. Mas o café da manhã é confuso e não atende às expectativas do hóspede. Há premente necessidade de melhor o café da manhã, seja em quantidade e em qualidade.

Do café da manhã. Houve dia em que simplesmente não havia buffet; era somente por cardápio.

The surrounding neighborhood is pleasant but the hotel certainly is not.

The room was noticeably dirty. It’s apparent that the floor around the toilet was neglected. A lot of things were neglected. There were gross stains and mold on the curtains! The rooms are tiny (king room) the bathroom door is impossible to shut without having to stand on the toilet because it’s so cramped. The guy working the front desk at night screamed at me when I stepped out late at night to grab something to eat. There was no indication that the main lobby door would be locked so when I went to push it open he barked “The OTHER door!!” I still have yet to receive my deposit.

Sehr gutes sättigendes Frühstücks Buffet. Lage ist gut Banken in der Nähe als auch ein Supermarkt und Drogeriemarkt U-Bahn kann Fußläufig erreicht werden ebenso wie Andere große Sehenswürdigkeiten wenn man Zeit hat und gut zu Fuß ist. Im Bad sind ausreichend amenities Vorhanden und Handtücher. Bett und Bad wurden immer top sauber gemacht durch das housekeeping.

Hatte extra nach einem Hotel mit Pool geschaut da wurde das vorgeschlagen hat auch einen Pool allerdings war der Leer mit der Begründung "Pool season is over" was ich nicht verstehe bei Außentemperaturen von teils über 30 Grad Celsius Anfang Oktober. Ebenfalls sehr Hellhörig die Zimmer und nicht gut isoliert nach außen als auch zum Nachbarn. Ich konnte die Nachbarn oft laut hören als auch 24/7 die Straße vor dem Hotel. Fernseher hing schief an der Wand und vom Kühlschrank war die Klappe zum Gefrierfach abgerissen. Hatte auch schon an Holiday inn direkt geschrieben und um Stellungnahme gebeten nach über 4 Wochen keine Antwort.

The rooms were so clean! Very modern and sleek. The little market in the lobby was perfect with a late-night snack, complete with a self-checkout kiosk. The staff was so helpful and made everything easy to understand.

Rooms very big and location was great, you can walk to almost everywhere in Downton DC. Metro is just like 10 mins away.

Breakfast needs to be addressed. The quality of ingredients was poor, hot food burn or messy, no alternatives to dairy whatsoever, the breakfast staff was very quiet and inactive, you had to beg for coffee. No coffee or drinks machines at all.

Fridge didn’t work too well. The staff are all so unfriendly. I didn’t come across anyone that was friendly. Johnny rockets ran out of ice cream. How does that happen lol.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. I liked having two sinks in the room. The air conditioning was good. The fridge was nice and cold. We were given plenty of towels for the bathroom. The pool was nice and relaxing.

I booked a king room and a roll away bed. At check in I was told the bed would not fit. We ended up in double beds. This was not really comfortable. We ate breakfast at Johnny Rockets. The food had very little taste. The parking garage was very tight. Many cars took up two spaces. After the first night we didn’t take our car out because it was too hard to park it when we came back.

Room was clean and well presented and overlooked the front. Easy to get about the city. Swimming pool was a bonus especially as we where there during the heat wave, but take your own towels as the ones provided get used up quickly.

The bath room was Very small for a family to use. The breakfast was not very efficient, usually had queues while waiting for the counter to be filled up or replenished. Often a shortage of yogurt/ fresh fruit/ bread. The staff while pleasant, seemed very slow and unaware of the situation.

Good facilities, clean room, decent breakfast. Great location for walking to all the sites and making use of metro.

Staff could be more friendly. Cleaning staff reprimanded me for wanting to use the bathroom (restroom) in the lobby, even though I explained I can't wait and that the bathroom in my room was in use by my colleague. Johnny Rocket's breakfast staff are a swing and miss. Not very friendly. You feel as if you're a nuisance at times. But what I particularly didn't like was witnessing how the main lady who works there treated fellow guests who couldn't speak English fluently. They were trying to converse in English, I clearly understood what she was trying to say, but it seems the lady from Johnny Rocket's was not interested in trying to understand and just walks off.
