The pool/hottub and the salty lime were awesome. Very friendly staff as well. Shuttle to downtown was great. Access to the others Hiltons was a plus.

The cost did no match the room . It was not a very nice room, tv did not work and the safe did not work. Older looking room , bathroom more updated. Price way too high !!! Shuttle ends too soon all for Key West :(

The pool was nice.

The beds were so uncomfortable 🥴. We both tossed and turned all night. They had just replaced the mattress. They had no support what so ever. We asked what could be done and were told nothing but cancel the reservation. We finally flipped the mattress over which was not even a side to sleep on but it was better than the soft side.

A clean, tidy and comfortable unit in a well set out site. Pool and pool bar were excellent. The free shuttle service into Key West was terrific. A very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly driver. A great employee.

I don’t like resort fees although you got a bit back with a room credit.

elevator was broke and had a room on the 4th floor had a pull out bed in the couch didn't have any linens took over 2 hrs to get sheets called multiple times even went down to desk twice just so we could go to sleep

The first night we were placed in the room we didn't pay for, the bed was rock hard, the towels weren't clean. The elevator for the building room 201 had a rotted floor and was very soft to step on.

This was my wife and I ,25 th Anniversary we Stayed at the Hilton Garden inn Key West The Keys Collection. We stayed at the Hilton before and expected what you would from the Hiltons the best . This was not the case. First when we booked it stated you would receive round trip transportation to and from the airport. When I asked about this I was told that was not true .. cabs and Ubers ran from 150.00 to $211.00 . It was cheaper to rent a car. I was advised this in writing , also two complimentary bottles of water and two alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks daily .they did provided you with two bottles of water drink of water, but they gave you a $15 credit to use at the bar instead of just letting you go up and order ,That was it a $15 credit to be shared by both people ,beers cost seven dollars and mixed drinks were 12 dollars.  The room was nice but the bed was terrible,it was a old mattress with springs on one side it sagged . We addressed this with a Manager who offered to put a mattress top on the bed . We accepted that as a solution but the cover never came. We asked for a few times during our stay and it never came. Also I payed over 200 dollars per night and The Hiltons charged me to park in their hotel lot I was staying at , I am also a Hilton Honors member. The maid service was of the poorest quality I have ever seen ,it appeared to me to be just laziness or people just didn’t care to do a good job. I was told on arrival , maid service has to be requested everyday or you can request for your whole stay I did this . I would also call desk services in the morning and request maid service , My wife and I would come back 5//6 at night after our day out . and when we would return to the hotel, we would find that a room was not cleaned. I will call the front desk. They would say they would send somebody to do it immediately.

The Keys in general

The pool is broken in several areas, also there was someone with menthal issues inside the pool area because people can access from the street and we had to be aware for our things and safety, this person even came asking for cigarrettes, that is not acceptable when you pay for security and comfort. The pool towels were all taken or dirty by noon, even though was just couple people, I just went to the pool twice. I did stay three days, they never came to clean my room, therefore I had to request twice towels and take the garbage out daily, like a maid; I did clean the room myself daily. Upon my arrival the sofa came did not have sheets put on or prepared to put them, I had to request it, which should not be because I paid for it, up to $450 a night for that. The bathroom extractor was broken. Not enought shampoo or shower gel in the bottles they left in the shower, only one person could take one shower without having to request it; no conditioner at all, the bottle left was empty, I had to request it. Is like they only know who I was or what I was requesting to charge me, not ready at all. They charge for daily parking, even though do not tell you in front, they give you a bunch of other high fees, REALLY a bunch of those... My bill looks with Booking in one way and when the bill me $60 for onw night...no explanation from $171 to $240...when Booking said $220 after rectification, they still charged me $240. The elevator was broken at the floor of the ice machine, had to access through out the stairs. No devide to carry the luggage. Drinks and water expensive...prices were so high.

Room, bathroom, breakfast and staff were all very good. The only slight criticism which is perhaps unfair, is the location of the pool. It is at the front of the hotel and there is traffic noise from the dual carriageway.
