Best location to stay in Miami as close to city but being on Brickell Key Island you feel removed from the hussle and bussel of downtown Miami . Loves the walking path around the hotel each morning . Rooms great size , beds very comfortable, gorgeous views. Great buffet breakfast and nice bar for evening drinks and snacks . Staff accommodating and generally friendly as usual some better than others .

The pool temperature was extremely warm ; not refreshing at all . Did not use as too hot felt like a warm bath . Pity as it was hot and would have been good to cool off . The hotel boasts a private beach but you can’t swim there as it drops to the Ocean , however it was a better spot to sunbake than around the very crowded pool area and there was a nice breeze which made it more tolerable than lying around a pool that was too hot to swim in .

Location is nice. Brickell is nice area. Staff is very helpfull and nice.

Hotel is OLD. In the hallway between rooms - it stinks! Food in the hotel is really, really bad. Floor in the room is dirty and it stink. I paid 1000usd per day! I travel a lot, and fot that high rate per day I expect something more. Thank god, I have been there for only 3 nights. Please choose some other hotel in the area, it can not be that bad as this hotel is...

lounge bar food was terrible, cold, and late. arrived at 5pm and room not ready. for 45 minutes. unacceptable. room not clean, hair on floor and in bathroom.

The location is fantastic. It provides a bit of exclusivity being on Brickell Key but still incredibly close to downtown. The room is well equipped an spacious and tastefully designed, and I had a bay view which was fantastic. The food is terrific at La Mar and at the Pool Cafe.

The fitness center needs an upgrade for a five-star property. In addition, folks should know that if they are headed there in peak season, the pool area is somewhat tight compared to other five star hotels in the same area.

All staff I experienced were very helpful and kind; The overall quality of facilities were exceptional with a few minor issues; The location of hotel was great that we could walked down to the Brickel area;

The overall quality of the room we stayed was great with a few minor issues: - The bathroom sink was draining really slowly; - The wine refrigerator (?) made lots of noises so we had to turn it off; - The room we stayed wasn't much sound proof that we could hear sounds from the room next door;

Location, staff Valet parking, Lobby bar staff!!!

Not qualified hotel managers in general!!! Upon arrival, the manager makes changes to the rooms, takes payment for 10 nights of stay! A day later, another manager calls, says that the payment was not withdrawn, you need to pay again ... We pay again, when you leave, they say that you have not paid for the rooms, the amount from you is $ 16,000 ... I show the paid bills, to which the manager replies: sorry, we will deal with each other ... Complete lack of service !!!!! We make comments to the manager, the rooms are very dusty, dirty floors, everything needs to be cleaned!!! We return in the evening, nothing has been removed: the manager’s answer, our hotel is full, we can clean it tomorrow ... HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE IN SUCH A HOTEL ... 1001-1002 rooms Replace completely the management, replace the HR manager!!! At the moment, the service in the hotel is a maximum of three stars!!! On a 10-point scale, the service at the hotel: the cleanliness of the rooms 3; reception staff 3; staff valet parking 9; kitchen 5; room service 9 staff; 4 in time!!!
